It wasn't hardened at all. In my mind, the important thing is A) I got the P2 vaping the way I wanted it to by dropping the ohms to 1.5 B) Did so without losing any e-liquid, and C) Still have that black on black look I wanted.
The P3 was easy - just set the Boost at '2B' and it's vaping good. Nice adjustment. As someone who is used to simply removing the top cap of the atty to adjust coil/ wicking assembly, the Boost feature comes in handy.

Boost is the best thing to happen in my vape world since the KFL intro.

I have a question...always through AW IMR batteries were the best but don't hear people talking about them as much any more? Does sub ohm vaping have something to do with this?

Couple other players in the market now, and yes Sub Ohm did have something to do with it. AW batteries used to be rated around the 15 - 20Amp mark at 1600mah. The 2000mah AW's were rated lower than those.

Folks that started sub ohm'ing were using newer cells with much higher mah rating as well as higher amp rating. AW's are still my primary batteries, for my Provari, Zna and Pipes. For my mechs and the Sigelei 100W, I use Efest batteries rated at 25 amps or more.

Dusty..I type now correct later..my last post I meant to post that the voltage at 40% should be 3.5v ...I'll start using the Sig again and drain those down to 40% so we can see man. I get in a hurry sometimes. Sowwy. ;)

I was wondering about that, but got tied up before asking. Thought you had spazzed out too. :D

Need me some spare 18g blunt syringes. I vaguely remember a conversation surrounding these before, but cannot remember where folks got 'em from. Anybody remember?!

Looks like Madvapes has single's available but they are a bit high if you ask me...

HeartlandVapes also carries them in bulk if you don't mind buying a hundred at a time for $20

Speaking of MadVapes... they've got an additional 10% off sale going today using the code happyholidays14 ... Which lead me to spend on ... a new Smok XPro BT50...

I still like how the Vaporshark DNA 30 works... not a single problem to speak of. I'm only vapin' between 10-15w... so good there. The only "issues" I have with it is... first, it's small making it a little fiddly in my hands. However, if you love the size of the iStick, this is almost identical so that wouldn't be an issue for those folks... so it's a personal thingy for me is all. The battery isn't replaceable and it's only got 1300mah capacity. Now I've only run it down once since I got it and that was by me neglecting to charge it when I had the time... but if I was out and about and that happened, it could be an issue.

So I've been lookin' at other mods that are only slightly larger and also can use replaceable 18650 batteries. The one I ended up settling for today is the Smok XPro BT50. Now I'm not a big Smok fan but after they had issues with their BEC-Pro... they addressed them so I'm thinking I should be good since this is almost the same but in a box mod style so it's shorter. I'll find out more once it gets here... I did at least find it on sale for just under $80 and they were having an additional 10% off sale on everything... so I got it for about $76 w/shipping... Oh... and I got a dark blue ( denim color I think ) which I've not had before... :)
