For those of us that actually have taste... yes it is...
taste is subjective.....![]()
Yup , but BK will have to go back and finish his engineering degree to operate it .![]()
I dunno , I look at the parts chart for the KF4 and I half expect to see Rube Goldberg's signature on the bottom .Come on, it ain't that hard, once you get it cleaned and set up you don't have to mess with ¾ of the parts... Still easier than the Rose!
Just one thing - Why am I peeling off the outer layer ?
So, after monthly cleaning of P2 and washing out KFL+ V2, I used some Japanese cotton and the super-secret "coffee stain on my counter" wicking method (Sorry, Bridget, just try to 'tweak' Dusty with that one) for some 7th Ave Blond.
Now if this head cold I've been wrestling with would just let up, I might actually taste it.....

Lol Papaw!! How's it working? Dry hits?
I've got the two Stingray's loaded , one with a Rose the other with the Aqua V2 , decided to build the other Rose to run on the SVD , put a 28ga 1.5 ohm coil in it . That's the highest resistance I've used in a Rose , not as intense as my usual subohm builds but still a saturated , tasty vape at 15 watts . I did have a duh moment when I went to fire it , it took a solid 3 seconds to come up to temp , didn't realise the SVD was set to 8 watts .
That is definitely a problem us low power vapers have. Hence my enthusiasm for boost.
I turned my 'Boost' off, but then I believe I am vaping heavier (higher VG) liquids than you are. I'll do a primer puff the save the wicks...
I personally do not like the Smok products I've owned... The ZMax was ok but I'm not into the single button menu thing. The XPro BT50 that I recently got is one that you have to click the fire button to wake it up in order to take a vape, the bluetooth feature disconnects shortly after connecting it to my smartphone so even if it were a nice feature ( I didn't see much need for it except to set a custom firing setup ) it isn't able to maintain a log as they talk about because it disconnects after a time. The other minor issue I saw were the slightly rattly buttons, I've seen much worse but Smok should know better by now how to make a decent button without rattle.
I dunno but they're selling the 80 watt version that takes two 18650's for the same price , maybe I'm wrong but it doesn't seem like one battery's really enough for a 65 watt device , can't get much life out of a battery at that rate .So... VaporDNA has a Gold Smok Xpro M65 from SmokTech. VV/ VW/ Mech Mode box mod that uses a 18650 Battery, goes up to 65 Watts, has a spring loaded 510 connector, a 0.2 ohm cutoff, and has a built-in Mini USB port for charging. $65 + shipping. Is this pretty much the current Industry standard ? or is it junk ? Or both ?
