When you get to NOLA , you'll get to checkout the Aqua V2 and the Rose V2 , you might wind up liking one of those .

The Aqua v2 has turned out to be the perfect vape for me - setup with a single coil, 26ga, .9 ohm. Warm, smooth, great depth of flavor. Being too busy to drip, the tank is all I've used. Now that I've got the wicking right, the Aqua is a dream to work with. Easy to build, clean and fill.

I recently rewicked the Veritas and Magma and the vape was kinda meh in comparison. So that's me all set. (For now.)

Milled from a single block of wood. Doors are separate, dovetailed and custom fitted. Cannot switch doors on two Woodvil like can be done with metal Reos. Fixtures and wire installed by hand. Sanded and finished by hand. Doors re often made of a different wood.
There will also be several of the new Resin Reos included in this run. I think I picked out six to eight resin mods in those pictures.

The Aqua V2 is what I expected the Kayfun 4 was gonna be , didn't turn out that way .

You have some, or you like looking at them?

Just looking. I haven't looked at drip tips for a long time. I just got 2 plain glass ones from angelcigs. They are wide bore and after I drilled the metal base bigger I'm liking them. So I'm looking to see what's out there. They're all pricey but very nice looking.

This is the one I have. It was cheap.

I took the Lancia off till I can get some better O-rings for the top.

Everyone is looking for the next Great New 'Bright and Shiney'. I am hoping to go backwards in time about three years, for a Corner Curio kept, well maintained Variable Volt Woodvil. I may have to pay near original price, but there is no one who keeps their Reos better than Nerak. And I watched her actually open the Glass doors and retrieve it from her collection online yesterday. About the most she's ever done with it is send it back to Rob to have the fire button upgraded.
Rob has said repeatedly there will be no more VV Reos. Made of Cocobolo, this is a much darker, longer grained wood than the Curly Oak I displayed in the Hangout last night. And it even has a Plunger Door, which I like on my Woods.
If this deal actually comes through, I'll post pictures. It would be a welcomed addition to my own collection.

Raining and bored , BK stopped by for a visit and loaned me his inline voltage meter , so I've been running voltage drop tests on my mods for S&G . Both the authentic copper stingray and the Hcigar stingray x clone topped with an Hcigar 3.1 at 1 ohm even , are too low of a drop for the meter to pick up . The 26650 panzer with the same atty drops .5 or half a volt , the SVD also drops .5 volts . I had previously measured the stingray x with my DMM at the posts on the atty , real juggling act to keep the leads in place and fire the mod but I consistently got a .09 volt drop on it less than a tenth of a volt , copper really does work . I was hoping to determine the difference in drop on the X between hybrid mode and using the topcap without juggling the DMM but the inline meter can't pick it up . I tested previously using the topcap and there should be even less of a drop in hybrid mode but I can't tell the difference by the vape . Oh well , the 3.1's full of DF and I don't feel like emptying it , I'll test hybrid mode some other time .

Still raining , still bored . Gave it some thought and since lower resistance equals a larger voltage drop I decided to test the Stingray X with another atty . The Aqua V2 with duals at .3 ohms . I was able to get results this way . I got a .09 drop using the topcap matching the results I got with my DMM but hybrid mode was a shocker with a .01 drop , just one hundredth of a volt drop from battery voltage . In percentage terms of the drop itself the difference is huge but in practical terms we're still only talking 8 hundredth's of a volt difference , not enough to matter but impressive either way .

There is nothing sinister about a voltage drop...especially if you know what it is. You must be bored. :D
