Ahhhhh...I DID NOT NEED TO SEE THAT! LOL. I don't care about temp control. But the squonkers are my thing, definitely. I wonder how reliable it is? The Woodvil is my personal little heaven though. It is better than the metal Reo too. (to ME) Oh, and the PRICE IS RIGHT, IF I HAD THE MONEY for the VF Squonker...which I don't...sigh.

Oh yes Bronze...this is right up my alley alrighty. But I must resist for now. I am big time broke. But it is very tempting. I found my niche with the bottom fed squonkers, no doubt about it. The other stuff to me, doesn't even come close.

There are VV/VW squonkers out there too. Vapor Flask has a super expensive one. There are some more affordable ones whose name escapes me right now. Maybe Ret or Pops knows off the top of their head. I can never remember.

P.S. The only squonkers I know about are Reos. Everything else really is just an imitation. Maybe I should go over to Bronze's thread, the one that debates authentic vs. clones, and describe a Reos as such. Like they need something else to 'discuss', right ?

Yes, there are some very expensive ones. I am very pleased with the Woodvil though. To me it is the ultimate. But it is very expensive. The one Retic showed, was more in my price range. I like the full mechanical ones. I'd like to have room for a safety switch...forget what you call those things. But it seems nobody does that, unless you buy a telescoping type mod. Everyone is all wanting the smallest mod for some reason. The Woodvil is a perfect size, and it could be a little taller, to make room for that switch. But they say the spring will fall, if you have a runaway on you. So that is a very good thing. I just love this Woodvil. I think I have said that a few times already...lol. You will hear it again, many times, so you might as well get used to it.

And there is nothing stopping someone from using those in VW mode either... just because it has a temp feature doesn't mean it must be used.

I haven't been keeping up as much as I used to , there's too many atty's and box mods to keep up with . I'm not really interested in the TC stuff myself . The only time I ever get a dry hit is if I vape my Roses bone dry .

I would inevitably play with it if I had a TC mod but TC isn't on my list of requirements .

At the moment, I don't have a desire for a TC mod either but at the same time, I'm not seeing that it is costing more to have the option. The Vaporsharks, Flasks and even the Yihi SXMini didn't go up in price when TC was added to them. So if I were buying today, a mod having TC wouldn't keep me from buying it.

the IPV4 has TC... didnt buy it for that option tho... but since it does have it I will give it a try just to see if it makes that much of a difference... but no one ( B&Ms) have Ni wire yet... dont want to buy a whole roll of it in case it doesnt tickle my fancy....

Yes I agree..That person should display proudly one of Papaws Woodvil's that he will cherish above all other Woodvil's..I will NEVER let that one out of my sight..That purple heart is pretty but the one you are sending me has more value than aesthetic..It will forever remind me of a kind and generous old trucker that did a fellow Reonaught a big favor!

Here she is..I got her an hour ago..Drilled the RM2 out to 2mm..Coiled a single at 1.2 ohms..Juiced her up and added a classy MhM Tip!
