Since I never visit Provari threads, I wonder if there is any chatter about why ProVape limited the Provari to 20W...I mean official word, not these Provari gas bags who bloviate.

Anyone know? David? Dust?

I did a Google search for svoemesto, and came up with about 40 options, but only one that looked real. Who is the US distributor for svoemesto?
and, is the glass (plastic) the only color option ?
ProVape also has a sweet gold (ZenGold ?) with an extender cap included, but I'd probably get a clear wrap for that one.

Or .. just go back to REOVille, which ain't a bad option either

VapeRev is the US retailer of authentic SM Kayfuns. They may sell colored segments too. There are a handful or two of color options.

My Infinite Rose V2 clone came today and it's a little monster . The threading and fit and finish are excellent , it's a half inch shorter than my 3.1's but just as heavy , there's gonna be a slight learning curve with this atty . I had 2 28ga coils premade but I underestimated the length of lead it needed and I was in a hurry to get out the house so I whipped up a single 24ga Gplat coil , 10 wraps at 2.4mm ID came out to .41 ohms , wicked with rayon . I have the juice control backed about 4 turns out , loaded with 100%VG Temptation , again too much in a hurry I wanted DF but grabbed the wrong bottle ( I had left my glasses in the car ) . It's putting out intense flavor and dense vapor , warm but not at all hot . Looks killer in all metal mode on top the Stingray X . Happy camper here !

BTW , I'm glad I went with my inclination and got the Infinite Rose instead of the FT version , it's a bit more complex than a kayfun and I was just over on the Rose V2 thread in the RBA subforum and there's problems being reported on one of the FT versions , the Infinite is flawless .

Congrats! Looking forward to hearing more as you do different builds. Did you use the ceramic cup?

No I was rushing and didn't want to second guess on my lead length , I'm gonna shoot for dual 28ga .7-.8 ohms next build with the ceramic , I'm gonna premeasure my lead length with a piece of kanthal , no guessing next time but I won't be in a rush either . this one along with the Heron does not need to be emptied to rebuild or rewick neither one is dependant on pressure to work either , much more wick is exposed to the juice , I'd never get away with a .4 build running 100%VG in my kayfuns , I'm really liking this atty right now .

ProVape has a Satin Silver Mini 2.5 for $130. How stupid would it look to get an Extender End of a different color (black ? purple?) and a Kayfun (or clone) the same color as the extended end ? Or better yet, a SS ProVari with a different color extended end, and a Kayfun (or clone) to match ?
And which Kayfun (or knockoff) is the same diameter as the Mini, or the Provari ?

That might look kind of cool, Brett, and I think any of the KayFuns or clones would work on that as long as you don't get the mini or the 30mm big tank. The standard Kayfun is 22mm same width as the Provari.

I'd go for the KFL lite if I were you. Easiest to fill and rewick.

I'm not exactly sure what the differences are but the Russian V2 is out , it's at a decent price , anyway if anybody wants to take a look .

The Trident was the best looking off the bunch, so off we went to the work bench and I managed to drill two holes through the insulator and also cut channels into the copper screw to feed the juice. Fantastic air flow through it.. So it should work right?! Wrong!! Connector is not long enough and I don't have a Low Profile Grand.. LOL.

Anyway, here is what the deck looks like:

Would converting a Magma work with the long 510 ?

Thought about it, tried it, no go. Magma screws on, but does not reach the center pin. I can solve it with a 510-510 passthrough connector that I have from back in my carto days, but then it just looks silly as it creates a gap between the Grand and the topper. It worked with 510 atties/cartos because I used to pull a drip shield over the atty/carto and connector.

Bummer, but good work. Maybe it's time to put that Reo on the workbench. I think it would be a worthwhile mod mod since it'll give you more choices for toppers.

Just for fun, I wrapped a .7 ohm coil with some .8mm x .1mm ribbon (4 wraps @ 3mm ID) and stuck it on the 3.1. Filled it up with Adam's Apple, slapped it on the Panzer and sparked it up. WHOA! Talk about intense! Flavor is out of this world, a bit warmer than I'm used to, but it's killer. The juice is 70/30 @ 12mg and it's kicking ....!

With a fresh bat reading around 4.18v that's what, close to 25 W? DAYUM! Never vaped the hot before. Seriously kicking my .... here.

Next I'm gonna try dual .5mm x .1mm on the Magma.

David, I made up a couple of fasteners similar to yours (now that I know it could be done without a dremel without losing too much skin ). They work just fine in catching the wire on the KayFun deck. Pics when I get a chance. Have to wait till I empty the tank first.
