My Infinite Rose V2 clone came today and it's a little monster . The threading and fit and finish are excellent , it's a half inch shorter than my 3.1's but just as heavy , there's gonna be a slight learning curve with this atty . I had 2 28ga coils premade but I underestimated the length of lead it needed and I was in a hurry to get out the house so I whipped up a single 24ga Gplat coil , 10 wraps at 2.4mm ID came out to .41 ohms , wicked with rayon . I have the juice control backed about 4 turns out , loaded with 100%VG Temptation , again too much in a hurry I wanted DF but grabbed the wrong bottle ( I had left my glasses in the car ) . It's putting out intense flavor and dense vapor , warm but not at all hot . Looks killer in all metal mode on top the Stingray X . Happy camper here ! :)

How does the juice control work? Similar to an air flow control?

imagine a kayfun with and adjustable (up/down) chamber that increases/decreases the size of the slots the wick fits in... basically the small inside tube that covers the vapor chamber rises/lowers to expose more wick slot....

It's called an Erlkonigin!! :D

David, I made up a couple of fasteners similar to yours (now that I know it could be done without a dremel without losing too much skin ;) ). They work just fine in catching the wire on the KayFun deck. Pics when I get a chance. Have to wait till I empty the tank first.

Cool. The .5 is going to be really hot. I run dual .8 on the zenith. It's a 5 wrap on 3/32 makes it .5 ohm.

    Bk got it right , perfect description .
    Wonder if it makes any difference.
    Yeah it does , it's allowing the Rose to keep up with a .4 ohm build , It does go through more juice though .

    A Rose is a Rose by any other name . besides the Rose was out before the Elf Queen . :)

    Yeah, I can see where having the ability to open the spigot might help when you hot box the thing.
    Exactly , it's giving me almost the performance of the Magma but with a 3.7ml tank , it's what I was hoping it would be , it's also a nice little convenience not having to drain it to rewick or rebuild .

    Just in case someone is curious;

    In the Reos Mods Sub- Forum (vendors), in the Reos Family Photos and Storage Ideas Thread;
    Nerak (Karen) has posted an updated photo of her 40 Woodvil. Yes, 40. Her collection goes all the back to the first wood run. Five original, eight plungers, three planks, four oval squonk holes, two stabilized..... A very impressive collection.
    Sorry, can't link using smart(er than me) phone.

    The DNA will go down to 0.5 ohms. I think the news here is the temperature parameter...notice the 400F? Looks like evolv will allow us to adjust our power by temperature instead of watts or volts.
    Bronze there is two numbers behind the decimal point , that's taking a .1 build and cutting the resistance in half , I'm not sure about the temperature control but a .06 resistance is well in to hand grenade territory .

    Didn't notice the extra zero in front of the 6. I'm sorry, I proved my manhood long ago.

    The temperature feature is rather interesting.

    It's all interesting , it seems though that Evolv is headed in the opposite direction from the really high wattage devices , I'm trying to figure out what kind of battery life you'd get running at that resistance , that's a lot of amps being pulled .
