The new Provari's will be out soon and your old Provaris will be off to the glue factory.

I'm even more convinced that I will not be getting a new Provari at this time. If anything, I may end up either doing what Papaw is doing and send in my old Grand for an overhaul to current specs, or just pick up a new one instead. I think I'm set for regulated vaping for now.

Don't apologize, April. There's Quality, then there is Junk. Either way, you get what you pay for.
Jeezaloo , I wanna clarify something . I am not anti authentic . The remarks I made were just me BS'ng with Bronze and not intended as a judgement on April's purchase , they were meant simply as an opinion on the price in regards to me and nothing else and as I said I'm sorry if they caused offense to April , that was not my intent . But I am anti ripoff , I spent $200 on Blu gear when I started this venture , you don't always get what you pay for . One thing I do know though is if you copy crap you wind up with two piles of it .

I've been exchanging emails with Rob at Reos Mods this evening. The new 510 connectors are being made now, looking at 6- 8 weeks before they are ready. And the 'Haircut' (lowering the juice well on a 'Classic' Grand) and new contacts can be done at any time I'm ready. I think I'll wait until the first of the year or so, then just get it all done to my older style Grand. That way I can start looking into some of the BF dual coils like the Cyclone and/ or the Odin on a Grand solid enough to take to work. I like the way the Super Light looks, but I am not sure it's sturdy enough for life in a Big Truck.....

No offence taken here. You're not alone when it comes to spending money starting out. I probably broke 6 or 8 VV Twists, and maybe 8- 10 T3's before I finally just gave up and stuck with the Reos Mini I already had at the time. That's not counting the Janty eGo set I started on. I think we all go through that before finding something we like and trust.

I started with a ProSmoke kit. Got all the accessories shortly after thinking I was set for life. Didn't take me long to realize that the ProSmoke was CRAP!!!! $175 pizzed away. Oh well.

If I hadn't found HHV , the Army and RBA's I would have quit altogether , the Ego's and clearo's weren't doing it for me .

I think finding a PV that did not require dripping will always be a sticking point with me, along with durability. If and when I ever retire, then I might shop around a little more....
The wells on drippers keep getting deeper but you're still tied to the juice bottle , the Rose is coming very close in flavor to an RDA for me but having it on a tube mod is inconvenient sometimes so I'd like to get a REO in the coming year , it'd be easier to pocket it .

That Achilles has a 2.5ml capacity. That's gettin' up there.

You know I've had so many different mods/attys through the years but am finally just so happy with what I have. I sent my Reos in for the upgrades just because I didn't want to ruin one of them trying to replace them myself. Once I get them back I will sell one of them, not sure which one but I don't need 4 Reos:facepalm: I have my Hana Minis and Isticks that won't last forever but are just awesome for out and about, work etc. with a KFL or Nautilus tank. There has been mention of a new Nautilus tank but you know what, I don't care...love what I have so not looking for any more. The only toy I haven't set up yes is the Erlk clone and sometime this weekend should have a chance to set it up, but expect it to be similar to the KFL just a little lighter weight for the Istick. I also have the Microstick that doesn't get used much these days, but since it's a mech will keep it just in case... What I have works for me so guess I'm just tired of trying to chase the new stuff, finally:D

It should last quite awhile with a single coil in it , wonder how it does in the leak department ?

I was reading up on it and they suggest it is highly leak resistance. There is no side airflow hole. The only air hole is the one in the middle which is up high on a pedestal. So even when tilted the liquid can't reach that air hole. Made sense to me and when you look at it it seems it would be highly leak resistant. This thing is definitely a flavor chaser and not a cloud chaser. Just not enough airflow for chasing clouds. I think it is designed for people like me (and April) who like low heat vapes.

I'm trying to force myself to take six months or more off from chasing new gear. Think the jumps will be more noticeable. So easy to get caught up in all these gadgets. So many good ones out there these days. That said, I haven't bought a new PV in nearly a year. And all I bought atty-wise the past 8 months or so has been a couple RDA clones. So I've been a good boy. :)

But I'll bet David has been even more frugal.

I tried the Big Dripper last night. It surprised me!

It has a 0.5 ohm build on it and kept going and going. Air was a tad bit restrictive compared to wide open drippers but the tank held 4 ml of juice.

Juice was dispensed to the coil by pressing down on the drip tip when needed.

I was on another thread just the other day and they were talking about that atty. Never heard of it prior.

    Soooo looking forward to it.

I wasn't offended Ret... Just didn't want it to go any further. I've been extremely frugal with my purchases. As in I really don't have much "gear" at all. 1 provari and 3 twists. 2 kfl's.

That's it. I have no bone box of things I loved or hated or wasted money on. Or "back ups". I'm pretty sure I'll love my Achilles and if not, I'll sell it.

I'm also looking forward to getting the vapor flask DNA 40 when I get the chance.

    Back to work :)

    Love you guys
