Seems to me that's how Evolv should have designed the dna 20 (& 30) chips in the first place. Kudos to innokin for teaming up with Evolv to fix its weaknesses. I also like that it doesn't fire when attempting to push more power than the battery can handle. IMO, much better than those chips that will fire at some lower power while still showing the higher settings on the screen.

I think I've come around to your thinking as well. Give me what the chip says it is giving me or don't give me anything. No way you can learn what your sweet spot is if it is delivering something other than what the readout says.

Is that a wish list or have you seen something indicating that the next SvoëMesto product will have these features? I only did a quickie search, but came up empty.
No I haven't seen anything yet , it's just a list of features that are available on other devices that could be implemented and improved by SM without groundbreaking technology .

Slim, any advantage of a vertical vs horizontal. i just cannot see what it would be. Loving my Veritas knockoff.
I was going to ask you the same thing about using a horizontal coil. Lol I used to run dual verticals but have since switched to this single parallel.

The only advantage I think a vertical coil might have is shorter leads

Yeah, if you go dual you are forced to do them vertically. I had no problem building the duals on the Veritas. In fact, it was very easy using the single wire method. My thinking with the horizontal coil is that the coil is fed with two legs dropped in the well. You can do that with a vertical as well but I see in your photo you're just sinking one leg in the well.

I pull the wick tail out of the bottom of the coil then I use scissors and split it down the middle, almost all the way to the coil. Then tuck one half into each side of the well

I have 2 Veritas clones that the gf has taken over. At vape expo we picked her up a Radix DNA 30 and now she is all about dripping. I thought with the arrival of the Radix I might get my Provari back......... I was mistaken

How low do you go on your builds, Slim and what juices do you use with them?!

My .4 dual from last night at 30w was way too hot for the 100%VG Butter Rum from HHV. I've not tried Legend, PB or DF yet but instead went back to another 100% VG that I was familiar with. Worked ok with that, but damn, juice hog!!

My gripes with drippers was they were either too small capacity or they leaked or even more common, both. With these latest drippers like the magma and veritas (others as well) they have solved many of those problems. I chose the Veritas because it seemed to be the most leakproof. But as you have seen, April got an Achilles and that also is leakproof...though it can accommodate only single coil (which I prefer anyway). Sure makes dripping a whole lot better. I can see why your GF converted.

For a mech I build a single parallel at .27 ohms. For the sigelei I have been staying around .8 and 40w. For the Veritas that is.

I use max vg juice from grand vapors called Orphans Tears (a delicious strawberry kiwi custard)

My HHV juice has been used solely in my kayfuns lately

I hear that, General. The Veritas is perfect for me. I fill it up before I leave for work and its good to go for the entire ride in. Then at work I only have to fill it up a few times throughout the day and am able to keep it in my pocket without any leakage :)

    What gauge wire?

The other juice I used was "Oh my Custard" from Toronto juice co. It just seems to be Nom nom nom compared to Butter Rum. Any idea what makes one juice better than another at high wattages?!

    That a single .8?

Yeah, I used it all evening yesterday, switching between the KFL and the Magma. KFL at 10W and Magma at 30W, and the battery is still in the 90's. :D

Yes, that was a good review by Todd. I agree with him, it appears to be a really nice mod for the limits it does...which includes many vapers...me included. And the price point is attractive too. Nice mod!
Since they're opening up a service center in california and they've made it modular for repair purposes , it looks like a poor mans Provari , it's a good deal at any rate .

I have a Plume Veil too and that thing leaks like a sieve. The well is too shallow and it takes nothing to find the air holes. That thing is designed for cloud chasers anyway. It has three sources of airflow and you can flood that chamber with all the air you want.
