Yes, I agree with you on that. I think I was trying to decide which of those two arenas I thought was best overall. I could not make a decision at this time. It is a very close call.

KK , put the switch assembly on the Panzer and tighten it all the way then loosen your locking ring . You don't need to tighten the locking ring , just turn it gently to lock and unlock the fire button . Make sure all sections of the body are tight and adjust or remove the battery by way of the top cap .
If I am understanding you right Retic, I did do that. I didn't tighten the locking ring itself. I tightened the round head nut, that connects to the Panzer emblem on the tail cap. That nut keeps backing off. The part I am not sure I am getting hand tight enough is the top piece of the copper reverse threaded coupling? Not sure that is what you call it, but that may help you understand. There is no diagram, so I am trying to find the right words. When I take the top cap off to remove the battery, it loosens the piece below it sometimes. That has happened to me as well. Normally I get things quite snug. But I am afraid snug on this thing, may mean hopelessly stuck, in the long run.
Even though the tail cap is on right, and the nut and Panzer fire button are well connected, I am not always getting the battery to fire. It may fire in one area if you push it, but not another. Usually if I push with my thumb straight in the middle, it will work, but not always. I am done tinkering with the Panzer for today. I can take apart most classic fly reels, and put them back together with no problem. So I am not a complete gear idiot. This is a very simple device. I don't see why it is giving me so much trouble. It works great for a while, then gives trouble. This is assembled very closely to a flashlight. It should NOT be a problem...lol.
we need a link to the video on your thoughts Dusty....![]()
I went to the mail box and the Billow had come in..I built a set of 26ga micros and opened the AC screws all the way up..I tried it first with a 70 VG juice and had wicking problems..It may not have been the thicker juice but just how I first wicked it..but after re-wicking and putting a 50/50 vg pg juice in the tank I've had no more wicking issues. I do think the 70 vg was a bit thick for dual micros though..Thoughts?

When you let go the fire button on the Panzer, does it protrude past the bottom?!
Gotcha ,the round head nut is the negative battery contact and that screws in to the fire button itself . The negative battery contact should be screwed in to the fire button as tight as you can get it . If it keeps loosening you can take it apart and put a drop or two of loctite on the threads before you reassemble it . I've read that nail polish on the threads works as well , might be worth a try because it would be easy to remove if you have to .If I am understanding you right Retic, I did do that. KK this site has the magnet upgrade for the Panzer and some other goodies , your Panzer takes the regular magnets not the tobeco/fasttech magnets , it's something to consider as an improvement . SHOP - FatDaddyVapes.com - Home of the best vape tweaks and replacement hardware.Yes, you know what I am talking about. I tightened it a bit with the pliers. That is the only thing I would do it to. I did not want it to come loose again. I did not do it very hard. If it comes loose again, I will try one of the things you mentioned Retic, thank you. I do have some loctite around here somewhere. Not sure which color, but I will use any of them at this point, if necessary. I do also have clear nail polish too.
