Just a slow, boring, very cold day in the Carolinas. So, I get out my new RM4. Disassemble, soak in 91% Isopropyl for about 6 minutes, then boiling water for about five minutes, air dry and reassemble with a 30g, 7/ 8 wrap 3/32 single coil that metered 2.0 ohms. Using a single air flow, the smallest one. I like it. It's a little easier to draw on than the RM2 or the KFL, yet delivers good flavor and plenty of vapor. This one will definably find a home on the new Resin Reos, whenever they come out.

Dang Pop, it is cold here today!

To say that it was BRUTAL, would be putting mildly.

I'm just glad, as I'm sure many others were, that it was not a regular working day, and we could stay home if needed.

Extreme Cold Alert has been announced and its warmed up to a balmy -33F.

Hoping to wake up to slightly warmer temps!!

Bored , playing with one of my Roses , did an elevated 26ga horizontal coil , 2.4 mls ID , 5 wraps at .9 ohms . Spli the wick and dropped them down into the slots . yet another way to ease rewicking the Rose , did take a little trial and error to get the leads length right , started long and trimmed them down till 3/4 of the coil is above the slots . Gotta vape it awhile and see how it compares to the vertical build in the other Rose .

I got vapemail today. No shipping notice it just showed up. I'll be trying out the bottom feeder today. Soon as I do the mod part. Glad it came cause I was about to work on the MutationX. And it was my only rda till now. The drip tips are ok. A little taller than I'd like but they are 3/8 in across the glass. The bottom hole is only 1/8 but should be able to drill it out to 1/4. Either way I'm happy.

First vape mail hardware wise in a while. Well the two lemos I got a few weeks ago but that doesn't count. Used on the forums and wrap was waiting. View attachment 413491
Think the Hana is going to the wife as resale value on a DNA 30 is so poor at this point. She's got more mods then me now [emoji14]

I'll bet she has more shoes than you too ;)

and when has anyone here ever noticed that I have any sanity?

I wish I had got to you sooner. Perhaps stopping you from bringing shoes into the equation would have made some difference a few decades ago.. :D
