Subtank mini on the smallest hole setting is probably 3 times airier than the KFL. I've got the 1.2ohm coil in there at 12W, which is where I had the KFL set. I'll play with it some at that level, and them bump it up a bit to see what is what. :)

Remember when you'd buy an atty and it was packaged in a little baggie and shipped in a bubble envelope?

And we'd scurry around to find the best price...$10 Vivi Nova's versus $11 Vivi Nova's.

Even then, I used to order from China. There were a couple places before FT, but they would charge shipping. So, place large orders, hopefully combined with others in order to split the $20 shipping fees.

And we complain about shipping costs in the States. You guys really get hit hard in Canada.

$3 for 510 drip atomizers, used then soaked in Isopropyl and used again.....
Smok 1.7 ohm Cartos, $7 for a box of five IF you ordered three boxes for the 'discount'....
First the ERA/ Hornet, then RM2 seemed so revolutionary....
Now Odin, Cyclone/ Cyclops, Atomic, Veritas, Magma, Derringer, ....

as Paul Simon would say, "Still Squonking after all these Years", or something like that ! ;)

Enjoy that subtank dusty! I'm really enjoying mine, although it can really bring out the harshness in the juice. That's probably just me with my over sensitive throat though, most people don't notice the harshness I'm talking about. Anyways, the coils they send have the same flavor as a good dripper IMO. Haven't tried the .5ohm yet though, have only used the 1.2. Really liking it and will probably buy more in the future

I've been using the 1.2 ohm coil all day. Still using it, so it must be good. I haven't even built the RBA section yet. Never thought I'd say this about stock coils, but this one is really good!

I'm close to ordering the sub tank. Maybe after my vacation. I'm curious about the temp sensing coils (I hear mixed reviews so I want to check it out myself). It might be too airy for me.

It is airy.. very airy, even in it's single hole mode. The other two are for lung hitting. Single air hole = 2 to 3 times regular KFL draw. It could really use a slightly smaller setting. I have friends that I know will not use it for how airy it is.

While the AFC ring is notched... you can close off the hole more by going past the notches. The down side is that with the size of wicks, you may end up pulling more juice through and flooding or cause it to leak more.

I started with the single hole... and now I've worked up to the largest and I'm starting to enjoy it.

I'll go to the larger holes with lower mg juice. I ain't lung hitting 12mg. I'd kill myself with the niccups! :)
