LG HG2 Charge

These batteries have a max charge rate of 4 amps, so charging them at 2 amps on my Efest LUC V4 Four Bay LCD Charger should be fine, correct?

I charge them at 500 Milli amp, or 1/2 amp.
I can't see using any more, for a full , complete charge, slower is always better.

I read that charging them at 4 amps shortens their life, so was hoping 2 amps would be safe.

I think the recommended max charge rate is 1.5 amps.
I charge mine at 1 amp.

For most LG's the "standard" rate is about 1.5A and the "maximum" rate is 4A.

I usually charge at .5 amps if I have the time, 1 amp if I'm in a hurry, and 2 amps if I'm really in a hurry. I think they should able to handle two amps without too much of a problem (they are, after all, pushed a lot harder when discharged at their full potential), but I'm no expert.

Whats the rush to charge them at 2A or 4A ?

I charge them at 0.5A, its not like the world will end. If the world ends, its been nice knowing you all.
