Liberty Flights Customer Service - true story!

I had a Riva battery die during the warranty period and returned it for replacement.
I got a call from them today, explaining the they didn't have black like I had in stock and they explained what they did have. I went with the steel version. They then told me they would include a new cone with the shipment, since the black one I have wouldn't be a color match for the new steel battery.
How many companies do you know that would take the time to do this and take the extra step of being concerned enough to include an extra part like this, without being asked? Liberty has earned my business for a long time to come, I only wish they sold cars too : )

The LF emblem looks pimper than Huggy Bear on the end cap of the T-Rex. Didn't even notice it until about the third day, and now I find myself oggling it.

My Riva with 2 batteries also had one that discharged its load. they are sending a replacement and RETURN SHIPPING for the dud! What a great company!

This company has gone beyond with me in the pass, had a bad battery and within 2 days had my replacement.

Ordered some bad G4 carto's from them...Ty over there happily replaced them for me...and although I did not need it, they even sent me a return shipping label. Just awesome CS!

My truck is black. But could use some new paint. I'm not opposed to putting a fat pair of wings on it while were at it.

I thought those T-Rex's turned out pretty snazzy too. I got them etched, so no worry about it peeling or scratching, like paint. I have asked Abe to do that with the Riva's. It makes sense. Hopefully soon

Could you explain what you mean by this comment?? Ya made me nervous because I just ordered my first pack of G4's and i'm hoping I didn't waste my money. lol

Well, they were touted as boge beaters, I guess that is high expectations really! They leak for some folks, simply make sure they are pushed in far enough (at the mouthpiece) and this will negate this problem. Might be because it is a new product, learning curve and all that.

Liberty Flights replaced a Riva battery that wouldn't work with my Mega cylinder Ego Tank. It just blinked and died when I screwed it on (the other one was fine and both were charged to green).

They replaced it cheerfully and included a repaid return label for shipping. Fast, courteous, caring, and effective would be the four words I'd use for my experience.

Great company. They never think twice about picking up their phone to actually call customers to inform them about things that come up from time to time. I am impressed. It gives me a good feeling to know that these people are so easy to get ahold of. Keep it up Libertyflights.
