I had a bad battery after about 1 week of use. I email Liberty-Flights and within a few hours they email me back with a tracking no. for a new battery coming to me and a return label for my bad battery. No question ask or anything! They are great! Also this is not the only set I ordered from Liberty-Flights and all the other sets are working great!

Hi Pandatera,

Liberty Flights takes the hassle out of dealing with a problem, don't they?


On the main section of ECF forum, I read about other people having problems with equipment, suppliers not responding to emails, issues with quality, etc. Those types of posts make me want to scream - Use Liberty Flights. Quality products, customer service, and reasonable pricing is at Liberty Flights But for them, it is too late. They are fighting to get problems resolved. I feel bad for them.

Manos and I have only had A+ service from Liberty flights.
Abe and Ty are the best at what they do.
I just hope they don't mind all the extra orders they are getting from NE IL and SE WI. We have turned almost 20 coworkers to them from analogs. I now carry a sample Boge cart with me at work for others to try.

PS. The wife loves the Red Joye!! Thanks Ty.

Awesome! I woulda put money on it, if i were the gambling type. I am very happy to hear that!
