Put a order in on Thursday morning for some liquid like 3 bottles? Anyway i wait and wait and still no status change and no email. I call them today and get a mean lady on the phone, mad at the world. I asked nicly if my order shipped she said it won't be pack until today Tuesday and shipped tomorrow! I placed my order Thursday! I said is there anyway to just cancel it she said YOU WANT TO CANCEL IT! I said yes ma'am she said ok i canceled it, I said thank you have a nice day, she just hung the phone up! How rude wow!

Seems like there has been a lot of this lately. suppliers catching up. I don't mind waiting but when you are out of juice it sucks. I think there just needs to be more truth in advertising BEFORE an order is placed. I've seen a lot of non e cig sites that have a little map. You click on your state and it tells you when your item will be there BEFORE you order. People probably wouldn't be upset if they know how long it will take before they place their order. Or, have one wing of the company dedicated to shipping sale items and one part for juices etc...

Just my 2 cents.

For what it's worth Liberty Flights has top notch service at least where I am concerned. Yes I had to wait a bit for my eGo kit and since I wasn't really pressed for it it wasn't a big deal. The two people I interacted with there (Abe and Ty) were absolutely fantastic to deal with!

My experience with Liberty Flights has been positive and the shipments have been prompt. I have ordered from them 4 times and my order dates - shipping dates are as follows:

The last order was during their Riva sale.

The one time I called customer service was around noon on 10/19 with a question on my order. I got an answering machine and left a message and then I called back a half and hour later and got a nice man who was very helpful and friendly and answered my queries. At 7pm I got a call back from the message I left with my first call - the woman who called was very friendly - but of course I did not need her as the man had answered my questions earlier

I ordered a Riva (along with other various items) from Liberty Flights last Thursday morning and it still hadn't shipped as of this morning so I e-mailed them. Within 20 minutes I had a response from Art who apologized for the delay and said it would ship today. Sure enough, about an hour later I got a status update stating my order had shipped and had a tracking number. I didn't get too concerned, as I read about them being so swamped in the forums, but finally did shoot an e-mail this morning. But, as far as I'm concerned, their customer service has been great thus far (this is my first order from them) and unless something goes bad when the product arrives, I'm extremely happy with the customer service and their prices.

and they were swamped when the $30 riva's came in
got mine last Sat. and Love it & the ego PT w/ megas
thought they'd be caught up by now
I'll be giving them alot more orders, as my $$ permit..

I don't think I will be ordering from liberty flights again, I placed three orders within 30 minutes of each other on friday
Volcano- came in monday via usps (whatever the free shipping option for orders over 50 dollars is)
Vaperite- came in today (whatever his basic shipping option is)
Liberty Flights- ? Still have not gotten the "it has shipped" email or a status change... (basic shipping option..doesn't matter if it is never shipped though)

If I don't have a change of status tomorrow I guess I will cancel and just place another vaperite order or ...vaperrenu I think someone recommended to me.

No probs with L/F in the uk, order before lunch time at it is with you the next morning. Mind you been no rivas in stock for a while, must have sold em all in the US At $30 wow, usually at least £40 + here

I don't really want to have to talk to someone to fix my problem to be honest
I had a cell phone company like that once...every month they would get my bill wrong...every month I would call in and they would be nice and fix it...no thank you I just want the order to go through within a day or two...not 5 days later, I had all the contact I wish to have when I put in my credit card information and confirmed the order.

My order did get shipped, or at least I got the email saying so the tracking number does not work yet, this evening I will be getting it sometime this week I hope (I am assuming Thursday or Friday). I would have been ok with this if they had pasted something on their front page warning of delayed shipping due to Riva orders or the like but even now the page has no such warning.

It shows information about the delay. All-in-all, my order took a week to get here after I ordered it but, there was a 3 business-day delay before it was moved from Checked Out to Shipped. Some people waited a little longer. Most everyone was very happy with the product. since my thread backfire photo was deleted because it was deemed 'insightful and off topic' i will put my point of view in words so not to get anyones panties in an wad. the reason i put it up was two reasons. first it was clear that the majority of posters had nothing but good things to say about liberty flights and second it was an attempt to interject a little humor( that was on topic) into a thread that i felt was mainly about whining. i think liberty flights is an asset to this community. there prices cant be beat and there costumer service is top notch. i felt that the OP had unfairly posted a disparaging comment about them. i feel that consumers should try and work with a company to resolve a problem before we post negative things about them as i am sure they would have made it right. if i don't want to have to worry about shipping i go to the mall, pay for the product and walk out with it in my hand. yes it will cost more but that is the price of convenience.

You know what I do? I click the box that says will be in between x and y days
if I don't need the product I click the 2-4 days box...and in doing so I expect it to be in between 2 and 4 days
The OP said liberty flights is slow...and almost all the posts following it say the exact same thing
Liberty Flights is slow...maybe it is a temporary condition but people should be warned about this and since Liberty Flights isn't doing it someone has to.

My order from Thursday, just went out today.
They definitely are running way behind because of the sale. I only ordered a few small items so it's a bummer but I can wait as I have a large stash of stuff. ( my first order with them btw)
But not everyone has a stash and I understand people being frustrated and honestly anyone placing first orders it's not going to make a good first impression.

Placed Oct 28 shipped today Nov 3rd, That's the longest ship time I think I've had to date.

I agree. I had placed an order on sunday and the another on monday. I actually emailed them asking what the usual turnaround time for processing. Abe replied and said it's usually 24 hours, and that they were trying to catch up from the Riva sale. I'm about on the 72 hour mark waiting for my orders to ship.

But oh well.... I am so impatient when it comes to my vaping! lmao
