I have been seeing a lot of people who are having major trouble with acne after stopping smoking, and I have a option that I have seen work that you might not have thought of.

Light Therapy Light therapy - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The basic concept is that blue light kills bacteria, and red light helps your skin heal faster.

My roommate is a redheaded ginger and has very fair skin, like a corpse. She started vaping when I did but she had horrible break outs that lasted for over 3 months and went into a depression because nothing worked. I was doing some random Wikipedia hopping and come a cross light therapy. I did some reading about it and suggested that she try it.

Amazon.com: ANSR Beam and Charger, .5-Ounce Box: Beauty She got the ANSR beam which is the cheapest model that has both blue and red light that I have found. After a month her skin was clearer then it had been before she quite smoking. Now she only gets a random zit once and a while and it heals fast and goes away. Her skin is very very clear. She gets less zits then I do and I have very good skin.

I do know that zits can be a very harsh social stigma and can make you depressed. I would say that if you are having problems then give Light therapy a try.

Good-luck.
