Specifically, can I use key lime juice in place of lemon juice when adding just a *touch* to DIY recipes?
Well... maybe slightly more specifically... I kinda did already. Should I not have?
I was impatient (as usual) and didn't have any lemon juice in the house. Google tells me there is citric acid in key lime juice, but I'm wondering if there are natural sugars in there that would make it not such a great idea. Or, with 1 drop of juice in 3ml of DIY eliquid, if it really even matters if there are sugars or not.
The only reason I even thought about it afterward, is because my dripping atty is "popping" just the tiniest little bit when testing the flavor with the lime juice in it. Nothing major, still less noise really than any other atomizer I have, but this atty is usually completely silent.
