Liquid Dripping out onto my Lips

Hey Guys,

I've got 2 different types of ECigs. I have the M40[123] and I have an njoy Pro (RN-4081). The later takes cartomizers and the former atty/cart combo. I started with the njoy earlier today and my first few hits I had nicotine on my lips. I know the sensation from smoking cigars. My lips go numb and my throat tingles. When I looked at the tip of the ecig it was wet.

Then when I tried the M401 I had the same experience. The first 10 minutes it was leaking onto my lips. Its gross.

I read the manual and it said to let the atty/cart sit for 5-10 minutes after they are first connected. Why?

Is there something I can do to prevent this?

They probably say to let it sit so juice can wick into the atomizer. Getting juice in your mouth is common with prefilled cart's. When you start filling your own you can be more careful about spillage. It won't hurt you but some of them taste pretty nasty. If you get fruity flavors some taste pretty good though, although it's still not recommended to ingest it orally.

Another issue could be your drag. Ive found that if I try to draw on my ecig as hard as I did a cigarette I can sometimes get juice.

To fix this Ive stuck to manual batteries and a less intense draw. Basically let the atomizer do the work and just breath in the vapor.

Yeah getting juiced is yuck. I point my ecig down a bit, seems to help.

A dash of cold water will quickly remove the nicotine.

Banjo, can you explain what you mean? Are you saying "from my lips" or "from the cart"?

Got it. I was just wiping it with a paper towel and generally it stopped after a few minutes.
