liquid in my FLüXomizer™ CE2-X CLEAR KR808 REG 1ml 2.6-2.8ohm

so yesterday i got my order of these ce2's. in some of them there is a liquid inside and the main seal seems a little wet too... just wondering what it is if its bad. also it seemed like i got closer to .5ml or juice in it? not sure how high i was supposed to fill them, but im more worried about the liquid that was already in it...

Yes, there is a oil or somthing used during the assembly process. Just remove the guts of it from the tube, do a couple of dry burns to burn it off, rinse and dry, then put it back together and you should be ready to go.
