Hey everyone!
The first juice I tried out was a 100% VG. Pretty thick.
I know I read where the juice Innovapor carries is also pretty thick.
(I don't care for tobacco flavors, nothing against their juice)
I was also using a standard resistance 306.

It just didn't seem to wick well. I could hear juice in there, but even with
a "gurgle" I was getting dry hits. A lot.

I have since gone to a 4.5 ohm 510 atty and thinner juice.
It's still on the thick side, but not a 100% VG thick.
It seems to be working better.

Now, was it my choice of liquid or my choice of atty's?
I was pretty stoked about using my 100% VG and 306s

Any thoughts?

Yes our llquid is also 100% VG, which is pretty thick. I prefer to use it with the Ultra w/RES at 3.7v with a low resistance 306. Works perfect for me. A LR 510 works just as well, I just prefer the slightly hotter temp and better vapor production of the 306. From reading your post I assume you are vaping at 6V. If that is the case then it was the different atomizer that made the difference. You can use a standard resistance atty for 6v, but it burns extremely hot and burns through liquid super fast, which is why it doesn't wick well at all. Once you switched to a HR atty, it doesn't burn near as much liquid and therefore doesn't have as hard of a time keeping up. If you use the HR atty with 100% VG, you will be fine. That is at least with 6V vaping anyway.

A standard resistance atty is around 2.2-2.4 ohm, so a 3.5ohm atty at 6V should work fine. The HV 510 attys we sell are 4.2ohm, and they work awesome, so I would think you will be fine with the 3.5.

Yes, 6v, forgot to mention that.
Would a 3.5ohm 306 give me the same trouble?

My HV 510 is working just fine, just prefer the 306.
Thanks for the help!
