liquid sweetener

have any of you used liquid sweeteners like stevia, honey or other natural/artificials enhancers for the liquids beside the basic sucrose.....if you have which one and what was the results?

Stevia Yes...works just find. Though most of my recipes I use marshmallow/cotton candy flavors for sweet.

But honey? o0 havnt tried but that sounds like very bad juju for atty's

Perfumer's Apprentice cotton candy is liquid ethyl maltol. It's good and gives a lighter sweetness than sucralose. I haven't tried Stevia, but Capella's makes flavors with Stevia (banana split and pina colada):

Oh I didnt think about the Flavor honey...that would work just fine.
