I'm putting together a list of 5v mods, maybe you can add to it please? This is just for 5v off-power mods, lots can go 5v plugged in but this list is for 5v native mods. If a mod runs at about 5v when used free of cable power, let's include it. Not for 6v or ~4v mods please.

Prodigy (Puresmoker)
GLV (Great Lakes Vapor)
Xhaler (Nhaler)

Thanks!

Apparently it's a very twitchy 5 volts... sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, and it's almost impossible to conclusively measure under load with a camera

EDIT: Not my intent to beat the dead horse, but if it's a list of 5v devices and one seems to have yet-to-be unresolved issues in attaining such, it's probably useful to point that out.

It would seem it is your intent to beat this to death. You made no mention of the fact that the Cybervex/Bartleby isn't a 5v mod, but rather a very nice 3.7v mod with USB charging. You have a personal vendetta against anyone that even mentions the XHaler. It has been proven to run at 5v you just don't want to believe it. Let it go man.

Cybervex does make a 5v box mod. And no, I have no "vendetta"

Hey guys im no techy but was just wondering is there a place to buy 2.5 bats that might fit in my GGT

Sorry, they don't make 2.5v bats that we can obtain. Now, if it takes 14500's you could get 2 14250's and stack them. Would actually be 8.2v when fully charged and probably blow your atty unless you have a HV atty to use.

Not necessarily true, it usually won't blow the atomizer, it'll just produce a burnt taste and really harsh throat hit, it's not very pleasant with a standard atomizer.

All HV attys aren't built the same either - the 'HV' atomizers that eastmall sells will give you the same issues at 8.4v as a standard one.

Where did the Bartlby come up in this thread before your post and why should he point out that it is a 3.7? I thought the op was asking about 5V.

Not to get into a pissing contest here, but here is his website. Show me where it is 5v. I wish I had his skills with the PCB so I could build my own rechargeable.

Bartleby

I have seen a 5v that he made. Dont know where it is right now on ecf thread but Im sure you could email him for info. Looked like the bartebly but 5v/

I read about 16 pages of the bartleby review thread before I found where he is making 5v per email requests. I don't know if I would call that commercially available, but in hindsight should probably be included.

If you would have finished reading the thread you would have seen 3 posts above yours where I finally found reference to this. Here's one of many I have made...
