Regarding building a 5v mod, what all do you need? I'd rather not buy the 5v box mod kit from Mad Vapes, just because I like finding cases around the house I can use, but I'm interested in building one.

Oh, I should clarify a couple things. Yes, I can solder well enough. I am familiar with building a 3.7v mod. I just don't know what I need for reducing the voltage from a pair 3.7v's to 5v. And why the heck isn't there just a dang 5v battery?

What is your question then? Everything in that kit minus the box. He lists the parts.

Yeah, sorry about that. I was posting quickly while at work and I had a fit of stupid. I was thinking that some of the parts were for a LED, but I don't really need a LED so I was thinking I didn't need everything listed.

Anyhow, yeah, just a quick fit of stupid. I'm good now. Thank you.

Mad Vapes sells just the parts also, so you do not have to buy a kit.
