I don't want this to seem like I am criticizing Litecig. You guys have already overcomepnsated me and I do not expect anything else. To elaborate on that, I ordered the xpower 900c and received the xpower with an atomizer and cartridges. I informed them of the mistake, and they sent me some cartomizers to make up for it. I was so satisfied with their customer service, that I continue to order things from them. I am even currently getting my roomate to switch over to e-cigs and we are ordering things from you guys
My only complaint is the xpower, which I believe is manufactured by Smoore, right? I ordered the xpower about 1 1/2 months ago and I started having problems with it about a few weeks after I received it. So I ordered the matte black version, and the paint has been scraping off. It's not just a small amount, but one of my batteries has basically no paint left on it. I only find it annoying because the paint comes off in such small pieces that it gets on everything. If I rub my face, I will have tiny specs of black paint all over my face. I no longer do carpentry, but if I run into any of my buddies that still do, I'll probably just get some 600 sandpaper or something and scrape off the rest of the paint.
The other thing is charging, which I haven't really investigated too much, so I don't know if it's the battery or the wire or ac adapter. When I hook up the battery to the charger, the light stays green. I have to unscrew it and screw it back in several times until the charger is happy and then the light turns red. After it starts charging, I have to check in on it once in a while because the light will turn either yellow or green after a few minutes. Basically, I have no idea when it's fully charged.
