So, I work for a Volcano ecig retailer and have their Inferno for work. I know my way around my products pretty well, but I feel like I want something else to vape on when I'm not at work, you know? So what kind of possibilities should I look at as far as getting good flavor and great cloud. I'd like to stay sort of close to the Volcano setup as I can.

I really do like the vv/vw of the lavatube 2.5. What do you mean by telescopic?

Telescopic would be any of the PV's - typically the all mechanical ones - where you can adjust the length of the device to accommodate different length batteries. Want it small for stealth vaping Screw it down to 18350 battery size. Want to install a Kick in there to adjust watts? Adjust the length to fit an 18500 battery and a Kick inside. Maximum run time or highest battery drain most important? Extend it all the way out for 18650 batteries.

Right now I have a 7ml Lava tube tank with a dual coil cotton cartomizer and a custom drip tip. If thats what you mean by head...?

7 ml???? Wow, that's huge...

Yes, that's what I mean. :) A carto tank is only as good as a carto you put inside. A tank just holds the liquid--it doesn't really do anything else. I'm not a fan of dual coil cartomizers myself, so I would suggest you try a Boge or a Smoktech or IKV Platinum single coil cartomizer--they are the best.

There are so many other choices, though. Have you tried any clearomizers yet? I like Kanger BCC line and Aspire (new design dual bottom coil), but you may also try Innokin iTaste (dual coils), ViVi Novas, Davide tanks...

Big clouds are found in rba's and rda's at maximum watt output. Must be able to wick well and have a good air flow. Humongous clouds are found with micro builds and sub ohm builds using a mech mod. With rebuildable atomizers one can change up their build a wicking to change the flavor and clouds produced. Higher VG ratios also produces more clouds. There is a lot of things that influence the quality and quantity of your vape. Check out the rebuildable atomizer and mod sub forums here to see what one needs to know and how to go about it. There is just so many style of atomizers and vaping that one needs to find what will work for them and what one is comfortable with doing to get the vape they are after. Have fun!!

So many options to choose from! I haven't really tried anything but my Inferno and the iTaste. I'm not a big fan of the wick systems, myself. But I was thinking of trying a bottom feeder. Pros and cons?

I suggest you visit our Reo forum and talk to the experts there. I don't know enough about bottom feeders to give advice. But those who use them, swear by them.

Good luck.

Do you mean bottom feeder or bottom coil? I see people confuse these terms quite often.

If you mean bottom feeder, definitely check out Reosmods. My grand is all I use anymore.

Pros- durable, dependable, awesome vape with a RM2

Cons- can't think of any

If you mean bottom coil, check out a Protank2, a PT2 mini will work just fine on your inferno. Also take a look at evods, and mini vision vivi novas (top coil)
