So, Gerry. I have my new (ECF prize winning dark orange) Clouper Mini +, and I also have a few Defenders, including the 50. Handfeel wise, the Defender STILL wins. Weight wise, yeppers, again, the Defender.

Is the little Clawpurr cute and highly functional? Yes, it actually is. It reminds me oh so much of my very first box mod, the Bartleby.

It's one thing to mentally compare dimensions between mods (and your picture does show the Cloupor Mini+ to be smaller than the Defender-50W)...

but "handfeel" (by someone who has actually held both)...is much more important information to know...

that "air passage" is molded into the tank
that's part of what makes it such a sweet add on
it is all one molded piece (less leaks, lighter)

Oh, that's nice! I hope that they improved the finish, too. I've seen all kinds of complaints about that coating/paint coming off.

I don't need step down so I'm happy with my D2 and the sleeve that comes with it is so comfortable to hold that I don't care about the finish.

what's the setup that requires step-down again? I remember the original istick fired high/was inaccurate and needed either a higher build or lower watts. But the D2 is a yihi chip, very accurate. Is it if you like a 10watt or less vape and only use the factory made coils at .5/1ohm?

The Defender is semi-rounded on both sides and fits like a glove. It's comfy in either direction.

The Clawpurr is cute and sweet, but still has the more hardened, square sides.

The Defender really is just a smidge taller.

I really like that Defender! I had no idea they were making those in such nice colors! Got a good link?

I really need a pink acrylic driptip; I've been using that stainless knucklehead, and it's a nice shape and all, but stainless always accrues that lip gunk stuff, and acrylic doesn't seem to do that. I need a nice pink the same small size as that red and black one I have; the small Mings look better with that angled adapter I use.
