And I thought that I should also mention that we've identified some conflicting information related to the weight of the Kbox Mini Platinum.

When I made my earlier comments, it was because my impression was that it weighed 187 grams (w/o battery). That might indeed be true, but a different site (today) shows it as 136 grams (about the same as a CFIV, after battery).

So, depending on which is correct, it might be FINE (for me), and it might not. Being that it's still sitting in China, it may be a while before I know for sure.

I'll be sure to post the accurate weight as soon as I know what it is.

I think the vape community should put some effort into courting the older vaper. I think it's caused significant harm to focus only on the <25 yr old crowd.

Yep! Exactly. I'm figuring that with battery it will be right around 180. It'll be heavy, but not unmanageable. At 180 BEFORE the battery, well, we're walking into lead-weight territory there.

So, all in all, I think it might work for me. How do YOU like it (weight & feel), puf?

But I agree, many (most) of us old farlks are into vaping to not smoke, not to blow clouds. And public cloud chasing is one of the things, imo, that are detrimental to acceptance of vaping as a great alternative...

Totally agree, David. I started vaping to not smoke, but have found that I absolutely LOVE it!

But I have to confess that sometimes I blow clouds. I got these Orchids for $3 on a Black Friday sale thinking they were tootle puffers, and was shocked (shocked I tell you!) when I blew a big old cloud vaping it! But those are for home and my dog's entertainment, not for out and about.

Totally agree, David. I started vaping to not smoke, but have found that I absolutely LOVE it!

I actually started on a whim, just to see. Found "my" nic level in the first week, and haven't smoked since. Feel like I'm 60 again!

I am beyond happy with the TC40w’s
and currently pondering one (or more) without a battery types…
