Anyone have any thoughts on what else I might consider?

Hi aldenf...welcome "back"...

Since you asked...my current FAVORITE mod...hands down...is the Sinuous P80...

It has INCREDIBLE "hand comfort"...and you never have to waste any time looking at it before you pick it up...(handy when you're driving)(or even just surfing the internet)...because no matter how you pick it up...you just squeeze => it FIRES...

Actually they do mention it, but only mention -- no data.
I thought they must have updated the page since I was there. But no, I still don't see Evolv or dna mentioned.

And -- where is this for sale? I see one preorder only in my casual search....and I want the mother of pearl. :)
Lost Vape Orion 40W DNA Go AIO Kit | Pod System

They say they are out of stock and about 30 bucks higher than the other places I've seen it listed for preorder. But to be honest, I don't think they are being mass produced yet.

Kareful there, my dear ol' bud. Walkin' on thinish ice you are. ;) (spreadsheets are like SOOOOOOOO 2016, dude.) :D

So, you're interested in the Primo Mini, eh? (DPL, help me out here... that's our BME, yah?) Anyway, I do believe I own one and I'll tell ya, the more I use that little thang, the more I like it! Especially now that we got rid of that nasty time-telling mechanism.

I only wish they came in GOLD..... le sigh. (Le lie)

Color can always be changed, you of all people must know that. ;)

I've had my eye on one for a while now, in stainless. Are you and @DPLongo22 running an alternate firmware or stock?

No more spread sheets? :( You've moved on to a YouTube channel?

BTW. I'm a bit disappointed in the complete lack of bling in the photo you provided. I expect more of you than pastel drip tips.

Not me, Alden. I don't ever hook my mods up to my computers. I expect it to work when I receive it, and continue working until I'm done with it. No software wrestling with my vape. I do too much of that all day long, and nobody's paying me to do it with my mods. ;)

@Katdarling , on the other hand, has been known to tinker (sometimes). I'm not sure what she's done with this mod though. She's not what I'd call "predictable" (in any way, shape, or form).

I don't blame you. Who wants to compile code for a mod? Old cell phones are bad enough. OTOH, a custom firmware could fix your ticker. I just barely caught mention of third-party firmware for Joyetech devices and am curious if it's necessary.

As for @Katdarling and her proclivities... predictability is so over-rated (except for mods). I mean, stinkies are the height of predictability, right? However, my grandma did teach me that a lady doesn't tinker in public.

I run - among others :) - a couple Primo Minis, and just use the internal menus to shorten the clock display. Haven't even looked into software to reprogram them, since they fit my needs right out of the box. Comfortable to hold and use.

While many do like the Sinuous, I personally don't care for the center position of the 510. If that's not an issues for you, also a good choice.

I'm still here on ECF... sort of. ;)

Alternate WHO? Tho your mamma also told me not to "tinker in public", my lack of predictability now tells me that I have no idea if I did some firmware thingie or not. Oh wait, that's not on the predictability scale is it. That's on the I don't have a klue or remember scale.

Sadly, if DPL doesn't know, then none of us know. I don't even know how to check if I altered the darn thing! (nor do I kare muchly)

There's a fool born Eeevry minute...

Perhaps a source for @Katdarling to get her boring mods gilded or is that gelded?

Alden daaaaaahlink. You dun like my minimal BLING? Oh dear. I feel so forlorn now. sniff.

But we DID fix the ole ticker! (without the slightest tinker) As you can see in the pic below, not a ticker to be found in view. <patting shoulder>

You don't LOVE the center 510?? I bought a 1/2 dozen mods just to HAVE that design! :D

Ok, thanks little bitties. Gotta fly.

The only mods I fiddle with are SS316 profiles on DNAs. I downloaded one that works like a charm, and it's the only thing I touch.
