As promised...
Oh my gosh! Lil Rex arrived Dec 24th in the mail and we just put it aside and off we went to the in laws!
Here it is!
Christmas Eve upon our return home:

Comes with a tank...

Passes the comfy palm of the hand test...

though not as slim as the Jac or Aster:
![]()
Bit of a wider body:

Hits as strong as the Jac, and while the body is a bit larger, it is lighter!
On the whole I would recommend it... and I can't thank DP enough for the link that let me have it at such a reasonable price!
Merry Christmas to all![]()

Nice photos!
What is the difference between the Voopoo Newbie and Voopoo Rex?
Edit: Looks like an updated board on the Rex.

NEWBIE Overview – VOOPOO VAPE
I'm not sure but I was thinking it might be another along the lines of the Innokin Goby and....(aw KRAP, I can't remember).
GEM! Goby and GEM. Same mod but different names depending on geography.
Might that be the deal with the VooPoos?
Maybe. It seems that the Newbie is discontinued. They may have just renamed it Rex when they updated it with the new chip.
I am if no one else has already. Have blue green and SS Pico babies on the way. I'm good with with GS tanks to start with but also gonna try the new 16mm Dvarw so I can build to just what the battery wants. So who is taking one (3) for the team Itty Bitty?
)Buy the kit and flip the tank? After experiencing my (first) Sinuous P80...I swore that I'd never buy a Mod with a Fire Button again...
But...that VooPoo Rex is slightly smaller/lighter...and its shape makes me think that it could approach the hand comfort of the P80...
However I'm trying to find somewhere where I can buy the Mod by itself...
(Since I've never vaped over 11Watts...I have NO use for that UFORCE subohm tank with 0.4ohm or 0.13ohm coils that are "Best" at 55W-80W...)

Buy the kit and flip the tank?
I recently went against my better judgement and bought the Espion Silk kit. I wanted the tank as it's a cute little notch coil based tank... Rather innovative, I thought.
Sigh... Thus far, the tank is terrible, but the mod (internal battery aside... Can hardly tolerate internal battery devices... Paperweights in waiting) is very small, light, and, although primarily plastic, feels durable.
Go figure...
Or we could just boycott their products until they get the hint.Just noticed that the links to Voopoo say "The vape of young people"... might be best to get rid of that slogan--haha!

Well I had an account there for the past 18 years and assuming even if I was 3 years old back then, odds are very unlikely that I would have opened an eBay account. But then another way is what some online stores does, they want a picture of your driver's license. There's no way to card on Ebay.
Gerry's talking about the P80. It doesn't have a button, but the entire side panel rocks inward to fire. So you can just grab & squeeze without fingering around for a button. What mods don't have fire buttons? Are you talking about pod mods?
Where do you sell unwanted stuff? The verification process for selling has been inactive for almost a year. I have a difficult time getting rid of stuff on Craigslist. There's no way to card on Ebay.
