Eh, rba can cover a lot of different things, but as said earlier, it usually is used for tanks designed to use replaceable coil heads which have a rebuildable accessory. Usually - any atomizer designed to be rebuilt, whether it's a dripper or tank, could be considered to be a "rebuildable atomizer" (RBA).
RTAs (rebuildable tank atomizer) are typically tank atomizers designed only for rebuilding, and the deck is normally an integral part of the device, not an accessory. The build deck usually consists of a chamber surrounded by the juice reservoir.
RDAs (rebuildable dripper atty) generally refers to atomizers without a tank or juice reservoir. Some have "juice wells", but not separate sections for coils/liquid.
Then there are rebuildable dripper / tank atomizers (RDTAs). These usually consist of a dripper deck, with a reservoir for liquid either above or below the dripper deck. The purpose is to try and combine the best of both worlds - a similar vape to a dripper, but the convenience of a tank.
With the number of atomizers and different designs that have been produced, sometimes it's hard to categorize some.
BOOM!

I still can't recall how to add in a link without displaying the whole sheet! Sorry.
