Still waiting for mine to ship..From what i have read Ken's customer service is top notch. In case you didn't see this..from his website:

"All mods are covered by a 15 day return policy. If you don't like it send it back for a full refund. After the 15 days, for the next 45 days I will repair the mod if something fails, a wire comes loose, switch fails, connector loosens ect. I will not repair a mod that has been abused, dropped repeatedly, run over, or crushed. The batteries and chargers, have a 15 day warranty. Both of the disposables have a DOA warranty only. You are responsible for postage back to me for the return or warranty repair. If the boxmod or Little Sister 3.7 fails after 60 days I will repair and ship back your mod for $12.00. If the Little Sister Variable fails after 60 days there will be a $20 charge to repair and return your mod."

Thank you, I contacted Ken this am...all will be well with the LS very soon!

Thanks guys!

Got mine yesterday. Should have ordered more batteries. I must say its very nicely put together. My knob is a little hard to turn but that may be a feature as later on im sure it will be loosened up a little from use. I don't have a multimeter but the settings seem to produce. I was surprised that the higher the temp does not always mean the highest vapor production. I was also surprised that turning it all the way up didn't pop my LR atty.

All in all this is my new favorite. I loved my Bartleby but this is better. Now if it only had USB charging and 2 big 14500's I'd be over the moon. The charging is the big thing. I am afraid of all the times I'll have to crack this open and remove the batteries.

Thanks Ken

I have spent a week with my LS now and wow! I am sure glad that I have it. I quickly began to realize that as I have tapered down off the analogs that I definitely needed some sort of mod to keep going. This and my Rivas have really saved the day!!! I had even upped the nic levels (to 36 mg) to help with the analog reduction, but I am one of the ones who can taste that extra nic in juices and it's not pleasant. So I have dropped it back down to 24 mg or less. However the warm mouth feel from the LS has made a difference in my vaping on the lower nic juices and has helped with the increased vaporage to compensate for reduced analogs. I can forsee a big brother in my future!

Kudos and a shout out to Ken!!!

Guys....I'm very sad to report that my LS just died tonight...I've had it for about 3 weeks (maybe 4) She worked great up until a few days ago...the switch started actin up...now she wont fire at all. I will probably contact ken and see how much it will be to fix...very sad:-(

I sympathize with you, but feel confident that your loss will be short lived. I received my new variable voltage "lil sister" last Saturday (8/14). It died Sunday (8/15). After a short email to Ken at Box Mod explaining the situation, I got an immediate response and shipped it back for repair/replacement. He received my return on Friday, 8/20. A replacement/repaired LS is on it's way back to me...was shipped same day!

As a side note to the forum, even though my experience with this device was short...I was definitely impressed. I have a draw full of discarded worn weak atomizers (including some LR atomizers) that I kept only because they still fired up, but meekly. Luckily I did because this device was like a "fountain of youth" for these once weaklings.

My LS performed erratically from the start and initially died after about 2 hours use. Managed to get some additional life out of her by reversing the batteries...this yielded a constant vaping experience in the 6 volt range and I was smiling ear to ear with every drag.

On a personal note as to the effectiveness of this product, I'm sure most of us remember how good a cigarette used to taste after sex. Well, couldn't wait to take a long strong hit from my "lil sister" right after. She didn't disappoint!

Great service! Great Product! Great Post Sex Device!
