I'm getting a Lo reading on my VAMO and it's not firing. it's not low V or ohms. Just Lo. Battery check I get 7.3 and ohm check get 2.1.
Any ideas?

I see this more and more. This seems to be due to over-tightening. Your center pin might have bit down past the gasket.
Always use a 510-EGO and tighten devices just to connectivity.
The gasket did pop out. i put it back in. I have connected several different tanks to it and still get same reading. The resistance check is good on all of them but won't fire and get Lo on display still.
7.3 you must be stacking, check your voltage on each of your batteries with a multimeter.
Maybe switching between modes? I honestly don't know what might cause this, but that might reset something for you.
I know this is an older thread but i am experiencing this same problem and I think it has something to I with the spring on the cap. It i stretch the spring out it seems to work. I do have the gold spring but it gets squished or something when I have to change the battery. I need to find a better quality spring. Anyone know where I can buy one?

The one time I had constant LO warnings, or turning itself off, it was the contact being pushed in from over tightening an atty. I pried it up just a bit with a paperclip and all was fine again. It's SUPER easy to push the contact into the gasket and not really noticeable with a visual inspection.
