That is the first great post that I have seen on this forum in a while. Now Mr pesci.... you were wrong about one aspect of your post.... the FDA gets its ALL of its funding through taxes... not some ALL. With that being said you most certaintly can lobby them and even more so put them on the spot. In Washington.

As far as thfm being exepmt from liability... that's any government agency. Think about that.

The reason they want to ban them is the precise reason that pot is illegal... there is no EFFECTIVE way to profit from them....

Touche on the mob comment.... the government wants a peiece of ALL action in the USA!

Judge Leon doesn't seem to be in love with the FDA, which is why they appealed his ruling on the preliminary injunction. The appeal just draws it all out, but I suspect that Judge Leon will ultimately rule in favor of plaintiff. Of course defendant will appeal and so on and so on and so on.
