That one is good but since they have done away with animated sigs and soon they will get rid of animated avatars I doubt if they will allow us to use that for our logo. If you want you can submit it without the animation.

Check out GIMP - The GNU Image Manipulation Program , it's a free graphic manipulation program. That's what I use, that and copyright free images.
