This just goes to show how poorly written and poorly planned laws will never end up creating the desired effect. There is a work around for most all the deeming regs coming our way if you think about it for just a few minutes. I hope this serves as an example to future lawmakers that the public IS the LAW, especially when it concerns laws that "protect us from ourselves".

I think it will simply highlight loopholes for those lawmakers to bottle up on the next go around.
