I am using some 10440 cigarillo kits lately because I like the size, perfect for errands........saw one in the TC, something old school from 2011 or before, never even realized until I got it that the case for an old janty stick would fit my REO OG perfectly-----I am always dropping it, now I can hang it on my belt or pocket:

Can you say "like a glove"?????

yeah, I get excited about dumb stuff. I found the hand-painted pitcher in an antique shop and there was no top and it was way marked down to nothing....will look beautiful with cut flowers in the spring. Guess it was just my week. (the pitcher is quite old)

My friend who is an artisan (she does very intricate beaded neck purses......I think one takes her over 40 hours to make) said she could integrate some turquoise blue beading onto the case for me for my birthday.....I think it needs to be jazzed up a little. :)

.......and it needs a squonk hole, but I'm going to let the cobbler do that part for me.

I've often considered a similar type deal to carry my mod. I had an old blackberry case around so I put a grand in it and clipped it to my belt and I was ready to rock. As we were getting ready to leave the house and load up into the car my wife took one look at it and said your joking right? I said yeah and humbly put it away.

But yours looks cool woman :)

Thanks,

I think that was just sheet brilliance myself. I'm too lazy to look for something like that so I will just keep. . . using my bra.

I just carry mine in a shirt pocket. When I go out I only take the Woodvil's, most often the 14500's or 18490, occasionally a full size woodie. Have never dropped one (but then in near two years of vaping I've never dropped any mod... at home or out about town).

I think I was actually just sort of tickled that some old vape technology from 2010 or something could be magically re-purposed this way, and that it was such a good fit.

Obviously, there are some ......er.......problems. :)

I also think the juxtaposition of a reo, sitting in a case that says "Janty" on it is sort of............humorous.

What older technology seems to have in common is, stuff was smaller. I have seen some of the newer stuff, somebody posted photos of a convention they went to, I mean, I might just as well pick up the entire base + receiver of the cordless telephone I have right now on my desk, a Uniden, and haul it around.......THAT'S how big the "mods" were in those photos.

.....actually, that is not true.......my cordless desk phone is smaller than some of those mods.

I do find that strange, since technology in general, in every other sphere of life is treasured for getting smaller......yet ecig tech is getting HUGE.

I think there will come a time when it will start going in the other direction. I remember how big my first PC was.......and laptop, and even my cell phone was like holding up a bluetooth stereo speaker to my ear.

Great fit!!
I too have fiddled with old phone cases - the thing is, I don't need to clip it to a belt, but if I tuck my Grand in the inside pocket of a jacket, it's just small enough to "tip over" - so as weird as it seems, since I typically prefer compact, I need a case to make the Reo big enough to stay upright. Still looking.............
