Currently have a KR808D-1 and I like it for working, driving in the car and being outside the house. I'm looking for a house mod that I can use at home. I'll be dripping so it has to have that option aswell. I'm kinda torn between 3 different PV's:

1. eGo- all over the forums and everyone raves about, seems to have a large following with alot of different accessories for it (batts, atty, carts, carto's etc.)

2. RIVA- see it here alot but doesn't seem to have near the following that the eGo has. Really only found 1 place to buy it and thats at Vapor Junction (believe they have 20% discount going right now).

3. Inferno- Don't see alot of info here but found some things. Man this PV looks very nice, the batty/PT looks awesome with that 100' cord :) Huge batteries and it is very comparable price wise to the eGo. Also has a 1yr warrenty and their forums are full of kodo's for their CS.

Not really to worried about cost but not gonna spend $100 on a PV. Leaning towards the Inferno but is Volcanoecigs the place to get carts/atty/carto's for it? Is VJ the only place for RIVA stuff? Will any eGo accessories fit the RIVA and/or Inferno?

I have so many different questions and really don't know where to start :)

Thanks for your time and consideration.

Someone just suggested the inferno to me and I've been doing research. It seems to be an awesome PV. It can use 510 attys and cartos. I would say no don't get their attys. They want 10 bucks for a single atty. That's just ridiculous honestly. I would suggest another supplier for 510 attys and a drip tip. The great thing about the inferno is it can be a pt too. It might jsut become your all the time pv though cause the starter comes with a 1000 MAh bat in the starter kit in addition to the 650 MAh (same as ego) battery that can also be a pt.

I haven't used the Inferno but imo between the Ego and Riva go for the one with the best price. They are basically the same pv with a few minor cosmetic differences and the feel of the button is a little different on each. Vapor Junction is awesome, if they've got 20% right now I'd say go for it. Libertyflights has the best price I've seen on it but they are out of stock last I checked. With 20% off from VJ you're getting a good deal.

Oh and you can use the same accessories with the Riva that you can the Ego. They both use a 510 connection.

i think a kr808 is the same as an ego... or is it the same as a 510... either way go with the ego. the reva is a knock off of the ego (from what i heard). i personally have two egos and two xhales... the xhales are collecting dust now cause it was really just my stepping stone to vaping to see if i would like it. but they are a back up... i hope to never have to use.

Riva/ego are 510s. I believe the riva has a higher MAh than eGo. Could be wrong but I think I recall that.

Update: The Riva indeed has a 750 MAh bat and the eGo has a 650 MAh. Bottomline the Riva should have longer battery life. The Inferno has a 1000MAh bat so it will have even better bat life.

I have eGo and Inferno, both are very good and 510 compatible, I also use Volcano drip tips, they are nice and rarely get juice in my mouth. The only thing different that isn't compatible is the cones to the batteries on the Inferno are not threading, they have a rubber ring but stay in place fine, they are very sleek looking. I like both models but if you want a p/t, go with the Inferno.

The RIVA I have been considering from liberty flights of late (they R out now but they will be back) were

RIVA/901's which are compatible with the kr808's .... they use a 901 attny which also fits the 808 batts ....
& since I have 10 901 atty's it just made since to go that way ........
and the 901 is a great dripper  especially if you pull the bridge and wick out !!

to use kr808 cartomizers on either 510 or 901.......you need a adapter so not much difference there ...here are the kits spec.s ( minus charger notes they are the same in #anyway)

Riva/901
2 x 750mAh Battery
2 x 901 Atomizers - 3.2 ohm resistance
5x tobacco high carts

RIVA/510
2 x 750mAh Battery
1 x 510 Atomizer - 2.2 ohm resistance
1 x 510 Low Resistance Atomizer - 1.7 ohm resistance
10x blank carts
