What is your definition of reasonably priced? Made-in-USA product doesn't come cheap.

Right now, the Entheon, from Psyclone is very popular. I have 2 of them, and can vouch. They are awesome. The air flow can be dialed down for MTL, or left full open for a restricted DL, and is one of the easiest attys you’ll ever build on.
Well...it's MTL but rather loose wide open. It's possible to put the cap where you want but it'll be 2 holes unless you tape or otherwise cover one. Still a very good flavor atty. I have a few and the Narda is probably the first 22mm atty I've truly liked.
After getting my Speed Revolution atty going again, I just ordered a few more of them. Tight draw, just 1 small air hole.
Got my Origen Little clone today and so far I really like it. Super easy to build and wick. I have a Speed Revolution coming on the slow boat.
Narda, Entheon and others are more designed towards a restrictive direct lung draw.
For proper MTL i would highly recommend the Le Concorde rda. Its just perfect!
Topcap has Psyclone Style airflow on one side in order to adjust and open all three airflow holes, as well as 1 single hole on the opposite side to allow for single center airflow hole to open for a really tight draw.
