Eh. It's pretty close. More cigarillo than cigarette, but I can see the appeal. The lack of an automatic switch is the bigger issue, I think.

To answer possible questions:

• I'm currently using an eGo C Twist 900mAh with a Kanger Mini Protank II
• It works fine for the most part. Tank size & battery life is good, but my main problem with it is that within about a week or so, the atomizer seems to have given all it will ever give (regardless of cleaning), and the vapor & flavor both get incredibly weak.
• i know that the smaller size will mean shorter battery & tank life, and I'm ok with that.

Weak vapor and flavor are symptoms of a dirty coil. If switching to a new coil solves the problem try dry burning as well as cleaning your Pro Tank and see if that restores the flavor. There are tutorials on how to dry burn on YouTube.
