I know this has probably been answered, but I figured Id throw out exactly what I was looking for.

I am trying to find an rta that gives full flavor (I'm a flavor junky) but doesn't have an inaccessible airflow control. Is there anything like this, or some kind of adapter I could use for airflow control in a certain rta?

I am open to suggestions, and I guess airflow being a ..... isn't a deal breaker, but easy access to change would be nice.

Alright,
Airflow, well there is an interesting topic to be had.
Each device has a unique maximum airflow, unlike RDA's RTA's are not geared towards sub ohm super builds so the draw tends to be tight. Everything from here on in is my opinion and should be taken as such, but its useful.

Lemo- Eleaf makes this atty, its a bottom coil feeder that has really descent airflow, can not be duel coiled but a single should work just fine. I'd say this one is as on par to a RDA airflow wise as you'll get for now.
Russian 91%- Unless they fixed it this one has better airflow then a kayfun, but is still kind of lacking in that department in my opinion. Supposedly you can adjust it but that requires a screwdriver to do so.
Fogger V?- I haven't a clue what version they are on now a days, I have the v4 myself and at max draw its tight, it does have an adjustment ring as you wanted and is a descent build deck for what it is, can be duel coiled if you want.
Kayfun- No adjustment on this RDA, it is the baseline I use however for Flavor and air flow. I like to call this mod "Lung exerciser" as the airflow is tight at best. You could mod it out as some have done but that sounds like too much work.

I'm pretty sure that there are others on the market, I'm a RDA first kind of guy so usually only run tanks when I'm going to be driving or doing something that does not permit dripping.
Hope this helps

I meant more accessible airflow than big airflow. I heard the lemo is good, but it just seems like a pain to adjust. The fogger looks easy, but I heard it has sub par flavor.

As for RDA's, my Holmes RDA is a flavor chasers dream, and I usually only sub-ohm with my Atlantis or dual coils.

I just want a flavor RTA that I don't need to take apart to adjust. As I said the fogger looked OK, but if the flavor isn't there, what's the point?

The new Taifun GT has accessible air flow. I haven't used it but if it's anything like the previous version, it will be fantastic. The Prometey v2 I use has airflow control but it's not accessible with the unit on the mod. That being said, once it's adjusted, you don't touch it much. The GP Heron is the same way. Both are outstanding on flavor.

The Lemo will always be the RTA I recommend to anyone that asks. With it's price and functionality, I don't see that changing anytime soon. That said, the airflow has basically 2 options. Fully open, which is very airy (by RTA standards) while still providing good flavor, or fully closed, which is very Kayfun'ish. You can set it in between, but keeping that setting will be a challenge without some o-rings or something else to keep the adjustment ring in place. Every RTA has something that could be better, even the Lemo, but it is as close to the perfect design as I think you can get. The fact that it can be had for a mere $35, for an authentic, makes it a no-brainer.

The Lemo Drop looks like your best bet. The only reason I haven't bought one is because I think I'd break it in about 2 weeks.

I prefer the EH PRO Kayfun Lite Plus v2 with the air flow screws removed. It's pretty beefy and can be had for less than $30. There are some good kayfun kits on Fasttech but they won't offer the airflow of the EH PRO V2.

For flavor, I always go for the Expromizer. It has 4 airflow setttiings, adjustable without tools or disassembly, and at the most open setting has a bit more airflow than a Russian 91 with the adjustment screw removed.

The Lemo is a close second for flavor, but it can be a pain to get the airflow in the right place and keep it there. Definitely worth it for the price though

Have a look at the UD Aga t5. Has a kayfun like build (single coil) but good airflow (better than kayfun) that's easy to adjust. And you can remove the tank so you can work on the build deck without having to drain it first.

Properly wicked, it can easily handle 30W without dry hits. And the flavour is very good.

Some might be more of a pain, but once its set, you can leave it there. I have an o ring keeping the afc on the Lemo in place. I've had it 4 months, and it works perfectly fine that way. Same thing with the afc screws on the kayfun or Billow; once you have it how you want it, you don't have to bother with them anymore.

Some have an afc ring on the outside: Squape Reloaded, Rosev2, Youde Goblin and I think the new Project Subohm Silverplay.

The Aquav2 is a combined juice control/airflow control that is adjusted by turning the tank on the base.

Squape R

Practically builds itself, 22mm, excellent flavor, 6 airflow settings with a spring-loaded ball-bearing AFC ring, 5+mL capacity, glass tank well protected by SS sleeve, able to access the build on-the-fly (biggest plus for me)

Bit of a bank breaker for an authentic but I hear the EHpro clone is quite good, and I was impressed with my buddy's Kingtu clone.

I have both also the ehpro kfl+v2 has the air hole screws removed - actually I lost them.
Even with that the Lemo has way more air flow - If thats your thing.
The build deck is also larger and for me easier to build on.

Yes the kfl does feel heavier but it has a plastic mid section and I have to tilt it from time to time to see how much liquid is left.
