I snowbird between Canada and South America and because I want to get into DIY, I'd like to deal with a single supplier (most likely US-based). Obviously, the factors that matter are:
1) Good selection of TFA flavours and other goodies like ethyl maltol and pyrazine (don't need pg/vg, though as they are readily available in both countries)
2) Reasonable pricing (not necessarily looking for the cheapest, but I don't want to be gouged either) and shipping rates
3) Willing to work with the client on declarations

In Canada, I can find local TFA vendors, but I'd like to establish a long-term relationship. TIA for any leads you can give me, guys :)

Thanks guys. I couldn't find pyrazine on either site and I'd prefer a one stop shop since I'll be getting nailed for international shipping. I found a place called Bull City Vapor but I'm not sure what sort of a rep they have and whether they are willing to ship internationally using USPS (last thing I want is to get bent over by UPS/FedEx/DHL in Canada/Chile on brokerage charges). Any experiences with them? Any other places that ship internationally?

Bull City is a great business in my experience. I don't know if they ship foreign. Have you tried the main TFA business? Perfumer's Apprentice

Thanks for the heads up. I'd appreciate it if you put in a good word for me ;) I'm not one of those whiny International buyers.. Been around the block.. Ahhh I didn't know that Perfumer's Apprentice was their main biz.. I'll check them out too.

Verified Bull City doesn't ship internationally (very quick e-mail response, indicating good customer service for those of you living south of the border), so I'll order straight from the source and pay a bit extra. Can't wait to try that Tribeca recipe. It's my favourite non-Dekang tobacco juice, but it would break the bank considering how much I vape lol

Bullcity is fantastic. I buy all my flavoring from then. I don't think they ship internationally.

Bull City was very prompt with their replies to me but everything boils down to having a freight forwarder as my only option if I want to order from them and ship outside of the US. Still, their customer service is great and for those of you living in the US, they left a very positive impression on me.

Fusion Flavours (Canadian shop) was very quick to reply to my e-mail, got pricing comparable to TPA (once you convert our crap dollar to USD), plus they ship to wherever Canada Post ships, so I'll be dealing with them in the future :)

TPA order arrived, all items correct and well packaged. Have to give them props for it. Good to have choices :) Made a Tribeca clone.. Couldn't resist trying a tank immediately due to positive reviews of people doing the same but I think the recipe contains too much pyrazine. If steeping doesn't help, I'll reduce the amount next time around.

Status update:
That Tribeca clone mellowed out after more steeping. The new batch has half the pyrazine and it turned out great straight out of the bottle. Then I decided to experiment and came across a pretty good hazelnut praline tobacco juice.. Noticeable but not overpowering flavour, very pleasant, definite ADV

FiReSTaRT's Hazelnut Praline
8% Hazelnut Praline
5% RY4 Double
2% Ethyl Maltol (10% solution)
1% Graham cracker
Nicotine to taste (currently at 1.5mg/ml for me)
Your PG/VG base (I run 50/50)
Don't forget to steep (2 days cap open, another 5 days just in the bottle or 2hrs cap off, in a heated ultrasonic)
