Hello all, I am fairly new to this, started vaping about 6 weeks ago. I ordered a 510, and am extremely happy with it! But.... I am looking now to add a penstyle ecig to my collection. I just have a few questions that i need help with. (1.)I have read on here that a penstyle can produce more flavor than a 510 because it does not run as hot. Is that correct? I am looking for a little more flavor. (2.) Which penstyle is a good choice? I have spent many hours reading this forum, and every time I think I found a model I like, I change my mind. Lately I am leaning towards an 801. (3.) Where is a good supplier for a penstyle? (price wise) China suppliers have good price, but the shipping is alot for just one unit. And lastly, am I silly for wanting a penstyle? I already have a 510 and love it. I just want to try something else. Thanks everyone for taking the time to read this!

Hello, cpalz. I keep both 510 and a penstyle and the later is my day-by-day choice due to better flavor it produces. I just like it more than 510, to be honest. My penstyle is a Janty Kissbox, which is probably the most expensive option in this field, but it looks great and performs great. I use it everyday already more than 5 months and I can recommend it as a great penstyle device, while not cheap.

I am sure you are familiar with the new classification of devices being referred to as 'mods'. These are terrific devices because they solve the problem of the short life of typical screw-in batteries, plus, they fire the atomizer manually (like your 510) providing you a great deal of control over how warm you want the vapor delivered to you.

After reading the OP, I realized that it may be worthwhile to invest in a single 'mod' (I really dislike the term mod) that operates at a voltage you like. With inexpensive adapters, you can run most any atomizer on the same battery pack. An added bonus to purchasing a new style battery pack is that some are configurable to vape at higher voltages; something that may also be of interest to you.

Basically, you buy a mod one time and can run any atomizer with that one unit; no need to keep buying sarter kits for each atomizer you want to try. Just another viewpoint for you to chew on. As to penstyle atomizer recommendation - BE112 from BestECig.

This is probably the cheapest way to try a penstyle. Only $24.95! I couldn't believe how cheap this 801 kit is! From ecigsupply.com
Dse-801 penstyle

I know I paid $49.99 for my first penstyle! Chad is great to buy from... he's a good guy. You can also buy the atomizers in bulk at discount (email him for prices).

Breakfastchef makes a good point. A low voltage mod will allow you to run several types of atomizers (the adapters can be purchased from Altsmoke for about the price of one stock battery or less). I have the Chuck ($80, 3.7v and he makes it with your own customized graphics) made with an 801 fitting and have adapters coming in so I can run 510. Thagbuilt.com

Where is a good supplier for the m201? I have been searching, but have not found a supplier as of yet. Mabye i have not been looking in the right places!

LitecigUSA

Shawn is among the very best of retailers.

Others that have pointed you to a mod are spot on, btw. It's the natural progression in vaping. You might want to research mods before buying that m201 kit. Shawn has the Vapre51 that will accommodate the m201. But, there is a myriad of mods out there that you should research.
