So I'm about to put an order in at FT, and I figure I may as well add a dripper on my order. My only current dripper is the W3, which I like a lot, but I don't like that the airflow holes are almost as tall as the drip well, which makes it kinda useless. Plus, I've heard the wide top cap reduces flavor, and comparing a dual cotton micro coil on my friends Nimbus to a quad cotton micro coil set up on my W3, I don't really doubt it. So I'm looking for the cheap ~10ish (or under, of course) rda on FT that will give me the best flavor, preferably with a large drip well that will actually help prevent leaking from over dripping. Thoughts?

I just picked up an Immortalizer clone earlier this week off ebay for $11, it's not the same clone that fasttech sells I don't think, not sure where mine came from as it has an SS middle section instead of aluminum. Anyway...

It's got a reduced chamber and with how it's designed you'd really need to fill the chamber up way past the point of completely flooding the coil to get any leaks out of it unless you had it sitting upside down. It's got a rather tight draw stock but you can partially unscrew the middle section a bit to open it up a bit or remove it entirely(I find it to be quite ugly with it removed though and you very well might get leaking even with it standing straight). One downside though is that the clone I got, not sure if it the same for all, is a real PITA* to setup although once you get it the flavor is fantastic. I think they go for like ~$12 on fasttech.

*I don't know if I got a shoddy one or if it was how this specific clone I have was designed but until you have the wires screwed down in the posts the one post is able to spin around freely and is a pain to get to stay in place while also getting the coil properly positioned over the air holes. For $11, I can't complain much, but I suppose I got what I paid for.
