Well, most of the replies are probably going to try to convince you that you only think you care about it being that small, and that you'll almost certainly change your mind soon after you get it.

But I'll skip that part and just answer your question.
:D

I would look into the Joye 306 and the M401 if I really had to have a very small electronic cigarette.

This chart will really help you see what else is out there...

The only thing I can say would be battery life would be very very short. I'm not sure of the overall length but the KR808D with the small batteries are short.

My regular KR8 from Litcigusa is 4.5 inches with a carto attached. My Elegant from Cigeasy is 4.2 inches with carto but the batt is about the size of a small cigar in diameter. The Elegant batt life is about a day of moderate to heavy vaping.

... I think it will be an easier transition for me if my e-cig is similar to my current cig..

Yeah, most of us know why, but we also know why that will change.

Go with what you're comfortable with to start. Vape when you can and smoke when you have to.

We'll be here when you get tired of the short battery. (My current battery holds 13x the charge that my first ones did. I know where you're coming from.)
