Was originally going to go with an eGo battery but decided to pick up a Volt X2 so I can still use my existing 808 stuff. Just found out that the X2 will also take eGo threaded accessories so I am trying to figure out what I can use. Some sites list if accessories are eGo only or eGo/510, but not all of them do. I just don't want to order something that will not work. So which clearos are eGo only and not 510 threaded as well.

Take a look at the Kanger T3 series clearomizers. They are eGo only with no 510 threading inside.

Just remember, though, that the plus voltage must pass through the 510 area of the device, so if there is no direct contact with the center pin of the battery and device the device might not work.

I've always been confused by these volt x2's by what they offer on their site. Now that this thread has come up, I've looked really close at the pictures of the x2 on the site and it does indeed appear to be KR808D threaded on the inside and ego threaded on the outside. Based on the proportions, it does indeed look like a standard t3 or evod will make proper contact...

The confusing part is that the sell Nanos and CE3s that are KR808D threaded and I haven't seen those anywhere else. They must be custom made for them.

The only consideration is that they somehow have custom T3s made for them as well.. I would just buy an EVOD and see it it works.

I find this interesting because I have a V2 kit from when I first started that my girlfriend uses some and I would love to get something better to try for it rather than dripping cartomizers. I might have to pick up a couple of their nanos...

The large outer threads on an X2 battery are the same as eGo threads, but the battery post on an X2 battery sticks up farther than it does on an eGo battery. The only true eGo threaded device that has fit on my X2 batteries is the Kanger T2. The Kanger T3 and Evod won’t fit because the battery post is too tall. Smokeless Image does sell their own version of the T3 that does fit the X2.
