I have 2 of Smokeless Image's 900mah spinner batts, and am completely thrilled with their functioning in general, and especially with their long 8-10 hour charge life. However that being said, after many hours of scouring the internet and suffering frustration with the total lack of available rebuildable delivery devices out there for an eGo/808, I am planning on switching over to Vision's 900mah Spinners. I know there are a few eGo/808 devices out there, but mostly only from SI, and I want to have the flexibility of being able to shop around to find and use ANY AND ALL eGo type equipment, and not have to worry about trying to find the eGo/808 specific stuff to specifically fit an SI Spinner eGo.
So my question to you is:
Since you have the "standard" eGo batts, why do you even still mess with SI's "big batts" at all?
Is there something I am unaware of that makes the SI spinners or X2's more desirable than their eGo counterparts? I have only read about the eGo-C Twist being harder to spin the voltage adjustment knob as compared to SI's, but are there other reasons that would make the SI spinner preferable too?
Cheers,

It gets complicated, but I'll try to explain w/o writing a novel.
Two years ago I went back to vaping with my 510's and then added eGos. I was struggling (again) until Aug. 2011 when I got Volt stick batts and SI cartos. They were the first thing I had tried that made me stop craving cigarettes. I had also recently found Nite Lite Vapers. I loved their juices and they work so well in cartos. I still use NLV flavors, they are my favorite tobaccos and I have added a few other suppliers for nicquid. Now I'm getting into DIY but will continue to buy some of my favorite ready made flavors. I like tobaccos and some dessert flavors.
When I heard that some dessert flavors are better at low voltages, I decided to try a VV. Volt Spinners had not come out at that time, so I bought a Twist. Then I tried a Vision Spinner and liked that better than the Twist. Both give a good vape but the Spinner is easier to read. And it's true, some of my flavors are much better at a lower voltage. Once SI came out with Spinners I bought theirs. I rely a lot on cartos and use CE3s and Nanos sometimes. I can use them on all my Volt PVs. I like some of the clearomizer style devices, but not for all my liquids. Then I bought a few mini eGos, simply because they're cute and girly.
The 808s are my favorite PVs but I already had some eGos and I like having a small collection of 510/eGo batteries. I even have a few box mods, mainly in case the other batteries would not be available in the future or become super expensive. Many of the juice delivery devices are interchangeable with the use of adapters. I don't feel like it has to be a matter of one or the other and like having equipment in both types of threading. I like smaller sized PVs. None of my fat batts are larger than 650. I also like the smaller sized clearomizers; don't want any larger than mini T3s or mini novas.
Just one additional comment: Since I like the 808 devices, I get any of that equipment I can from Smokeless Image. Their products are good quality and the company is good to work with. In the nearly two years I've dealt with them I've gotten just two batteries that weren't right and they were promptly replaced.
Well, that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

But if I haven't answered your questions, please let me know.
What it boils down to is that I have found equipment that I like-- that suits me. Each person has to find what works for them and gives them the most pleasure. After all, pleasure is what vaping is all about. Only when it becomes a pleasure is it a workable alternative to smoking.
