I've seen a few responses in threads referring to the fuZion Vapor vendor forum, but I can't find it for the life of me.

searching here, there and everywhere.. anyone have a link?

edit: I'm looking for the information on what he actually puts in his juices- vitamins, etc. not listed in the product description or anywhere I can find on his site, which I think it should be.. a few have mentioned there is a forum or thread with this info, and I'd really like to find it.

I love his products- I just need more info on what I'm actually vaping.

I dont think FV has a spot on here....might be another forum. Anyway, his website does list his pg-vg blend (its on the about page) and if you send them a message thru his site, he responds pretty quick.

I must have unlucky experiences with emailing them, because they always take days to reply, and almost never follow-up on emails after the first reply. Multiple times, due to mistakes they made on my orders. It's one of the more frustrating companies I've dealt with, in terms of customer service. I actually gave up trying to fix one of my two messed up orders because it was already taking 2-3 weeks to fix the one order.

Edit: I realize I sound a little bitter. Maybe I am.. :p But their juice is really good. So far it's worth dealing with some hiccups.

I have a question about Fuzion's customer service. I made my very first order with them this past Friday. I received an email from them accepting my order, but I have heard nothing since. I made a couple of separate orders with other companies that day, and since that day... and they have all been processed and shipped already. Does it just take long with Fuzion? Even if it takes a while to process and ship, I would have appreciated some sort of update email just saying, "Hey, we're working on it..."

Maybe I've been spoiled by all of these other companies that are really communicative and faster...

Their website says that they are celebrating a year in service and there are some delays in getting product out. Their facebook page is always hopping (lots of contests!) and says they have all hands on deck making juice and they have redone a lot of their website to bring it up to date, even renaming some products. I also got the email saying they got the order but I know it will be here soon and it is worth the wait. :)

Thanks! I've heard so many good things about them, I can't wait to try the juice. I got Unicorn Blood, Gum(b)my Blood, and XTC...

with the smaller vendors, and when juice is made to order, I expect a wait time in both delivery and in responses- sometimes these folks have a "day job" too!

I haven't heard back from my email yet; I am confident that I will eventually. placed my third order with fuzion late last week, I have been charged, and should get the shipping confirmation soon enough- the front page of his site says they're having a 3-5 biz day delay..

I placed an order in Feb. It took about 5 days to ship, which is better than some other small makers. I wasn't terribly enthused at first try, but man, after a two week steep they were great. My favorites are Endless Summer and The Griffin. I tried Marley blood and the Dean, and neither of them stuck.

Unicorn Blood has been my fav so far from them, the griffin was not good out of the box, or after 1 week of steeping, but now after two weeks it is pretty good. My crankberry is still steeping just not getting strong flavors from it. I re-ordered unicorn blood, and another sampler. It took the 5 days before it got shipping notification. I don't recall the order date, but I should receive it today, I got shipping notice last Friday 26th.

I got two of the samplers on my first order- Endless Summer, Unicorn Blood, Vacation, Apple Cinnana, XTC and Milli Vanilli- I got these at his standard 35PG/65VG and had to cut with PG- I kept sneezing and my mouth was so dry. flavors are awesome either way.

second order: Nice Melons and Vacation at my norm 70/30- in love with Nice Melons.

awaiting order: Milli Vanilli and Endless Summer- extra flavor and higher than my normal nic, to dilute and stretch. ordered right before I decided that I like 60/40 and lower nic and flavor, so this def works out. taste buds and tolerance are changing!
