I have been using the ego t system and just ordered the provari. But neither of these are good options for carrying around in pants pockets especially when I am at work. I need something smaller that uses 510 batteries so that I could reuse the cartomizers or clearomizers that i would use with the provari. anyone have suggestions on good, reliable, portable options?

i know the battery will not last as long and i will have a smaller juice supply. that is ok. i just need something that i can easily carry around in my pants pocket. thank you!

SmokelessImage Volt manuals - KR808D-1 threaded, 3.6v, nice 2.6ohm cartos, well sealed threaded end, and the button is tiny and partially recessed. Would be near-impossible to activate one accidentally. Bloogplanet has blank cartos in stock if Volt is out.

Also 3.7v box mods use one 14500 battery (near AA-sized) and most box mods have an on/off switch. Plastic box mods are about $20 and pretty small, sturdy with a carto on. The clear colored plastic boxes are more brittle though and more likely to crack if dropped.

2.75 x 1.4 x .75 inches is the size of a 2xAA 3.7v box mod without the carto attached.

You could also look at the Reo Mini at Reosmods - an aluminum 14500 mod w/ bottom feeder - all mechanical, nice and sturdy.

What I did.. go out and buy some of those clip on reels that were made for holding name badges at conventions and such.. you can get like 4 for $1 at allelectronics.com (make sure you actually need some of the crap they sell. $7 shipping right?) or other places have them, try amazon, ebay to get a better price with shipping.. Some of the little snappy bands on the end fit my ego perfectly, others didn't. The thing retracts and so far I wear my egos everywhere.. get the largest ego case for your gear and you can pretty much be mobile for days without returning to base.

omg thats insane. I want one of those lol

Just buy a DC Power Supply on ebay for about $70 and if you want easy hook up a USB mod to it, have to cut the wires. For watching TV and not having to ever worry about a battery this is the way to go lol

Awesome :) Put me on the list for one, better than a passthrough :D

No kidding, lol, from 0 volts to 18 volts
