I carry an 900 mah eGO battery with 5-click protection and a 306 atty with drip tip attached in my slacks pocket while at work. It's comforting just to have it close by all the time!

Of course, since it's a drip tip, I carry a little 5 ml bottle of juice in my pocket too.

Highest I ever went was 8 volts and it was spitting juice and sounding like rice krispies.....but it was one hell of a vape till the atty blew in about 10 seconds lol

Though not a 510 connector, a standard KR808D-1 battery is small, simple, just use a normal 808 carto on it. 808 has a higher voltage than you'll get on a small 510, and they are good for a couple hours' use between recharges.

A cheap way to try it is a vapornine nebula starter kit. About $8 (and decent shipping), gets you one auto battery, USB charger, 2 prefilled cartos (either tobacco or menthol, 16mg). The cartos are easy to top off, if you have a tobacco or menthol that you like, else just buy a 5 pack of them from somewhere else. Battery with carto is only 4-3/8" long, 1/4" diameter (no wider than the carto).

You might look into a roughstack or a little sister. Either should be just fine in a pants pocket. Whatever you use though, I'd take the carto off before pocketting. Much less chance of it breaking that way.

Edit: Just realized there were 2 more pages of posts I hadn't read. Scratch the roughstack, but check out the little sister. Little Sister Variable Vari-Cool - Ken's Boxmods . I don't have one, but have been seriously lusting after one for a while now.

Jeans, back pocket: Silver Bullet with (E)MDCC.
Sweatshirt pocket: Reo Grand
Shirt pocket: Ink Guard filled with Volts or eGo's with pen clips attached to them so you can clip to the Ink Guard
Vest pocket: Copper QT inside an old soft cell phone case
Front jeans pocket: can't imagine.
Coat pocket: all of the above and then some if you get one with lots of zippers.

There's a thread in the ECF about the Sneaky Pete. I just ordered 1 - the price can't be beat and they are so little! Just thought I had to throw that 1 in. +1 for the Reo Mini as well - amazing bottom feed mod.

It's 2 7/8" tall (+ 1/4" catch cup) x 1 1/2" wide x 5/8" deep.
