A little history for anyone that might be interested in helping me. I started out on what I think was called the Smoking Anywhere kit back in like 2009 or so. Lost the charger for that and went back to analogs. Late last year I started buying disposable "squared" menthol e-cigs because I usually smoked American Spirit menthols with one of those filter tips that you can put on it. Walking down the mall in Ogden I saw someone with a massive e-cig and I said i'm getting one of those and sticking with this, so I went to a store near by and bought a ego starter kit. I have gotten a twist since then and love it, however I kinda want a bigger mod for the house. The ego is great for on the go but I kinda want to branch out. I'm deciding between a silver bullet, lavatube, and i think its called the megalodon. I want something that is VV for sure, can rock at over 5V for a decent amount of time.

That eGo Twist is pretty awesome. It is compact, gives a solid 3.5-5 hours of vape time and variable from 3.2 to 4.8 (if I remember correctly). I am using the Volcano Lavatube now. better battery life with the 18650 battery and goes from 3.0 to 6.0 (you mileage may vary). I vape pretty steady, so a battery will last a good 4-6 hrs @3.8-4.2

I was vaping an Omega until I got my Provari
Now my Omega just watches me vape
The Omega & Silver Bullet are not variable voltage PVs
Unless you use an 18490 battery and "The Kick"

Q: So as a newbie, is it recommended to get provari?
A: Only if you are sure that vaping is for you.
If not than save the money and get experience with something cheaper until you are sure.

I own the Megalodon and although it's my main PV I won't reco it because of the tight draw. The vendor has been aware of this issue for 4? months and stated they were speaking with the manufacturer- issue has not been resolved so a thumbs down. I had to mod my connector to free up the draw and considering the Don is supposed to be "quality" I'm not impressed. Although not 100% pleased it certainly does give a great vape when paired with the right carto/ clearo.

Silver Bullet- great PV with great reviews but is not VV.

Lavatube aka KnightRider aka Lambo aka VTube- an inexpensive VV. Here's a sale- $53 and up depending on finish:
Apollo VTube Kit
Promotion: You can use code 'vtube30' to get 30% discount while our vtube stock lasts.

Provari- owned one but had no use for it as 3.7 Volts was enuff for me. If you're looking for quality that's the one to get IMO.
Good Luck.

Price isn't really an problem. I've saved so much not buying ciggies, I just want peoples experience with different PV's. Doing a little research right now and the provari seems pretty bamf. Is the silver bullet a VV?

If price isn't a problem, do go for the provari! I own almost any mod out there including the silver bullet and since i got the prover, everything else is left to dust and rust. I just wish i went for the provari 1st place. This decision would save me hundreds of euros. Don't make the same mistake i did. Go for the best!

Good luck!
